Next, the focus shifts to Thailand's food scene. Using fresh ingredients, you'll prepare three authentic dishes and a dessert. After lunch, it's time for some R&R at a spa, where you'll unwind with a traditional massage. In the evening, along with your guide, you'll explore the island's favourite night market for a chance to sample some tasty treats and mingle with the locals.
