Das Erlebnis insgesamt war äußerst gut durchgeführt. Es wurde genau erklärt, was wann gemacht wird und hatte keine sprachlichen Probleme auch wenn die Tour auf Englisch war. Es wurden Hilfestellungen gegeben, der Guide war immer in der Nähe und hat diese auch unaufgefordert angeboten. Innen ist das Wasser sehr kalt, ggf. lange Neos für verfrorene anbieten. Einzig eine Ungenauigkeit bei der Mitteilung versch. Abholzeiten für Teilnehmer und Fahrer war unschön, Transport an sich war aber super.
