We requested an English speaking guide, he could only speak very little English as everybody else was Spanish so it was easier for him , when we got out of coco bongos because we did not understand the instructions we had to ask multiple reps outside and security where to go and what to do

Couch 45 minutes late. Gives all instructions in Spanish and disappears. We had to queue for 40 mins as directed even when it was fast tracked. Paid for front row tickets with unrestricted view. We were not given front row seats. Unlimited premium drinks consisted of five drinks for me and four for my wife and no option to order got whatever you were served.absolutely ruined my wife’s 60 birthday. We didn’t even know what time to leave for the coach or were it would be. Absolutely disgracefull

The transport arranged was very efficient - the staff at the venue were so busy yet so attentive constantly providing drinks when ours were low. Gold member is definitely the way forward as the queues for standard were so long.

We really enjoyed the show and the nightclub, service was good and everyone very friendly plus the actual show was fantastic. I would however do it privately next time and just grab an Uber, the coach driver didn’t speak English and only due to another lovely guest realising we didn’t speak Spanish were we able to know where to go etc. the pick up is not until 2am so it’s a long evening when you dropping people off afterwards, got to bed at 3:30am - but - Covo bongo brilliant, just taxi it.

I highly recommend this excursion! We had an amazing night at Coco Bongos – the show was fantastic. We chose regular entry, which is standing around the stage, and it was a great experience. However, I would suggest going for the VIP option for table service, as getting to the bar can be challenging due to how crowded it gets.

Amazing night! Transfers easy and on time. The venue is very organised. Had so much fun something for everyone and waiter service very attentive. Would highly recommend the gold member package so you have everything included and a great view of the whole venue. Would 100% recommend!

Coco bongos is amazing and something you have to see whilst visiting Punta Cana. Upgrade and buy the gold tickets it’s really worth while all the premium drinks are included in your package (including cocktails although not listed on menu just ask and they will deliver) and you have a great seat as well. Transport also really easy to locate after the show.

When we first got into venue it was very cramped and felt unsafe. It turns out that thus was because a lot of the crowd of people did not move further into the venue. Staff should have intervened and move people forward so there was not so much of a bottle neck. People did naturally move forward after a while though. Entertainment was great, we really enjoyed it. Drop off and pick up was no problem and we easily found our coach back. Guide explained everything in Spanish and English.

The show itself is amazing, a crazy night out but everything else needs assessing. Such as health and safety, staff attitude, drinks package…. We didn’t get what we ordered and service was very slow to be able to get “ unlimited “ drinks …. I only got 4 of a very poor quality…. The one in Mexico is much better

Been to one in Mexico before but this was better (Gold Member) Transport was a bit iffy. Coach full of Italians turned up 30-40 mins late and guide tried to charge us for transport. We stood our ground and she confirmed with someone via WhatsApp that we didn’t have to pay. It was uncomfortable being the only English but can’t complain & arrived fine. Ends at 1AM but coach took nearly an hour to leave so got back at 3AM Show was absolutely brilliant and waiter was efficient with drinks.

The actual room was so over crowded you couldn't actually move on the floor. Due to it being so crowded you couldn't move to get to the bar, however, there were waiters trying to get around the floor and we managed to get 1 drink. The healthy and safety aspect was horrendous, it was too crowded and if we had to exit the building in an emergency it would have been impossible (it was extremely worrying) for thus reason I would not recommend this excursion due to the safety aspect of the visit.

Pick up was on time. They told us the time to meet after the show. They waited half an hour after the show to make sure everyone was there. The show was amazing! Skipping the queue was worth the money as it gave us time to find the best spot to stand and have a great view of the show. This also included open bar and great drink service. A great experience and highly recommend

The show itself was good. I feel the excursion isn’t correctly described and it does feel as though we were mid-sold the experience via the app. The description fails to inform you will not be seating unless you purchase the most expensive package, even then, seats aren’t guaranteed. We were also the only people that had booked via TUI and English speaking on the transfer which was shared with other tour operators.

I cannot fault Coco Bongo as it was a great evening but, unfortunately, I don’t think I would book throigh TUI again. As part of our package we had transfers booked and our transfer there never arrived to take us at 7:20. Therefore we had to get a cab and was late to the event. This caused difficulty at the end of the night as we didn’t know where our transfer was/what one we had to get on as we didn’t have this information from the way there. Luckily we did get the transfer home just in time.

The show was excellent but the VIP front row seats were two stools and a ledge but with a great view. The service was not what I expected for the best tickets you can buy, the server had way to many people to look after. The worst thing though, was that we were mis sold this experience by TUI as it stated Premium drinks when I booked it and still does in the advert, but the server would only let us have the local drinks, he wanted more money for anything else. This was for a 60th birthday treat.

I would definitely recommend to go to Congo Bongo when in Dominican Republic. What a night, so much effort goes into 5 hours of performance and disco. The negative, TUI please sort out your pick up point. I messaged to confirm the day before to be told at reception l, which is up the rump, for the coach to turn up at the bottom 10 minutes late. This is not the first time misleading information on the app

Thursday night trip we I paid the upgrade to gold as I feel the lower price tickets where just for the club and not much of the show was 100% visable from the basic area. our waiter was great we had to wait l10 minutes for a drink at one point but as it was table service it was fine. most the time. max 5 minutes. toilets no ques show fantastic from start to finish. no confusion on entry or departure. the pick up was slow as it went to other hotels but coming back was quick I 100% recommend

Timings were out. It says finishes at midnight but actually finishes at 1 and coach leaves at 01:30 so travel back to the hotel it was 02:45 before we got home. No guide to help back to the coach at the end when there are literally hundreds to find your one! As for the show, it’s brilliant but it’s absolutely packed!

The trip was very well organised, with E-tickets that made it quicker entering the event. It took around 30 minutes from the hotel stopping at others. The tui guide explained the required meeting point and time. The drinks service was great, quick and attentive staff. It should be removed from the website that a snack is included in the show as nothing was given to us or others.

The whole evening was great. We did the Gold Package and would recommend this. The main dance floor area looked crowded and difficult to get to the bar. The Gold is level with the main stage so views were good. The waiter service was excellent, we did make sure to tip well to be sure of this. The gold member seats are first come first served, so would recommend getting in as soon as you can to choose the seats you want.. overall great night!

Coco Bingo club/ show was amazing. Really enjoyed the show. We paid extra for front row and for us it did not disappoint. Drinks service was efficient, as soon as my glass was empty a new drink was there. Taxi there was not great, shared with 11 others, no one spoke English. Getting home was hectic. No guidance on where you need to go or see for taxi but we made it back safe.

Everything was perfect and for two thirty-year-olds we were worried we might have to leave early if we got tired. Ended up getting back to resort at 2am after the best night ever. All I would suggest is to make it clear that the seats are high stools. For a plus-size person such as myself I did find it a bit difficult to find a comfy position. Our bartender was unreal and always brought us new drinks before our old ones had even finished.

I paid for the gold package which states you get premium drinks, you do not get premium drinks at all, you have to pay extra for those! So a very expensive ticket which doesn’t cover you for the drinks you’ve already paid for, also there was no ‘snack’ as stated. Very unorganised outside with not knowing which of the multiple queues to join then a member of staff taking us out the queue to then leave us and sort somebody else out. The show itself is amazing, just a let down in other areas.

Enjoyed the tribute acts, we felt a bit too old for the nightclub. When booking we were informed we would have a snack and drinks but no snack was offered. Driver of mini bus could not speak much English and so we did not know where we had to go. He informed us that he would take us back at 1.30 am. We all decided that we didn’t want to be out that late and asked if we could leave at 1am but he said that we would have to pay him extra even though he was waiting in the car park the whole time.

Transfer was super late. Gold ticket worth it if you don't want to be dancing downstairs and potentially crushed. No room to dance upstairs but least you had a seat and free drinks all night. Although £150 is a lot of money for a seat. Not really VIP when you're sat in a line upstairs. Drinks kept coming all night and we were looked after.

It was an amazing show couldn’t fault it! We paid for gold member, we got moved after hour away from where we was, we kept asking for drinks no drinks come, and when they did was the completely wrong drink. Where we went they said we had to pay for the drinks. No snacks was included too. Waste of money which is a shame because it could been a good night

I purchased the gold member package which I would highly recommend. Our waiter for the night was very accommodating and was always providing us with drinks as soon as we finished. Our seats were really good also. The performances were amazing and the vibe of the club was great. Only thing I didn’t really like, was no one explained where things were/where to go or where you could redeem your drinks. We asked our waiter once seated and he was able to explain. The taxi driver didn’t speak English.

We have been to the one at Mexico and loved it and this is just as good. Totally full on entertainment and music from the first moment. Worth paying for Gold Member as you are high on the sides and don't miss a thing. Coach transfer good.

Definitely worth getting the Gold/VIP entry in order to skip the queue, and have a seat. Service was really good, and the show was excellent. There is definitely use of special effects and strobe lighting, and I dont recall any warnings ahead of the show.. Overall, a great night out and something a bit different - cirque meets tribute acts meets club! :)

We have been to Coco Bongo in Mexico and thought it fantastic but this was better still. Music that bounces through your feet. The performances are electrifying. Recommended Gold Member

Great show but transportation home was a nightmare took over 1.5 hours to get back to hotel after we got told to be at bus at 1am and not leaving til 1.30am and dropping people off!
