Once you have validated your ticket at the Uffizi on the chosen day and time, you'll have 5 days to visit Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens at your convenience
You'll receive your entrance tickets by e-mail the day before your visit. In case of last minute reservation, you'll receive them 1 hour before

Audioguide Uffizien für eine Person eingeschränkt funktioniert, für 2 Person gar nicht, zwar App geladen, aber immer wieder sofort rausgesprungen, laut Mitarbeiter unerklärlich, Mitteilung von ihm geht halt nicht, aber haben ja noch 2. Buchung müssen über ein Handy laufen. Palazzo Pitti gar kein Audioguide mgl. Fazit, konnten nur durchlaufen und vereinzelt bei Uffizien Audioguide von einer Person nutzen. Daher keine weiteren Buchungen über TUI

Es war wirklich schwer, die Agentur zu finden, um das Ticket umzutauschen. Wir haben 2 Stunden gesucht! die Agentur ist in einem Innenhof, von der Straße nicht angeschrieben, Google maps geht in Florenz sehr schlecht, weil es 2 Arten von Hausnummern gibt. Es ist dumm, dass man die Tickets erst 30 min. vor der Führung umtauschen kann, es ist sehr kompliziert mit der App und geht sich zeitlich nicht aus, weil zuviele Leute angestellt sind. Wir konnten nur ohne Führung durch die Uffizien gehen.
