What to remember

Know in advance:

after booking, you receive a link via email which you can use to download your ticket. This combined ticket with voucher is your Berlin WelcomeCard. Always keep a printed copy of the ticket and voucher with you during the time in which you use your Berlin WelcomeCard, and show it along with a valid ID card

please note that some attractions and museums have access limitations, and you will still have to book an entry time beforehand. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the access rules and restrictions of each venue you want to visit

please be aware that the 5 museums on Berlin Museum Island are closed on Mondays

it's not necessary to validate the transportation ticket. You can start to use it from 8.00 am on the first day of validity. The exact validity of the transportation ticket (dates and times) is indicated on your ticket

discounts are applicable at the time of purchasing the pass or ticket for the attractions or tours. Discounts for performances are granted at the ticket counter

due to high popularity and limited visitor capacity, you might have to wait in line before entering the Pergamon and Neues Museums. Please plan your visit accordingly

due to long-term renovation works, some areas of the Pergamon Museum (including the one that hosts the Pergamon Altar) are not accessible for visitors at the moment

Excelente tarjeta porque facilita mucho el transporte para los extranjeros. Además tiene descuentos en otras atracciones. Lo único que mejoraría es el acceso al mapa y guía de Berlín, ya que nunca pude descargarla. Además sería bueno especificar qué transporte no está cubierto.

Con el Berlin Welcome Pass de 72 horas zonas ABC pudimos conocer casi todo lo interesante de Berlin, fuimos y venimos incluso al Campo de concentración de Sachsenhausen. Altes Museum, Neues Museum y Pergamo totalmente gratis, Historia Natural al 50% y cientos de lugares a solo una o dos estaciones.

No nos dejaron acceder al Museo de Pergamo con la Welcome Card. Nos obligaban a comprar allí una entrada. Fue bastante decepcionante. Desconozco si es porque lo van a cerrar por obras en Octubre 2023, pero debería estar previsto en la Welcome Card.

Was met mijn nu 71 jaar nog nooit in de hoofdstad van Duitsland (Berlijn) geweest en wilde dit hiaat in mijn ervaringen opvullen. Met name was ik geïnteresseerd in de Duitse cultuur voor de Wereldoorlogen, maar moet erkennen dat ook na 80 jaar de sporen hiervan nog steeds duidelijk blijven.

Très pratique pour utiliser les transports sans se poser de questions. Pour l’entrée aux musées, aller directement avec votre bon vers le contrôle des entrées. Pas besoin de faire la fil d’attente pour les tickets ! Ça aurait été bien que se soit précisé sur l’offre.

Musei tutto ok. I biglietti per la mobilità invece sarebbero dovuti esser validi x 72h dalla convalida, ma sulla prenotazione è apparsa la scritta validità dalle 8 a.m. e qnd ci siamo recati x ottenere fisicamente i tickets, ci è stato risposto che il foglio stampato sostituiva il biglietto.
