See the picturesque landscape unfold aboard the Awana SkyWay, a gondola lift system serving Genting Highlands.Delight in the stunning, 360-degree views of the 130 million year old rainforest below. Disembark at the midway point, and pay a visit to the Chin Swee Caves Temple, a Taoist temple set on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land, erected in honor of Buddhist monk and Reverend Master Chin Swee from the Fujian Province.And the good news is if your mobile phone dies from taking photos and selfies, you can charge it in the gondola! Feel the coolness of crisp mountain air, as the cabins are outfitted with special windows and louvres for the ultimate high flying experience.

What to remember
Know in advance:
Temporary Update (from 13 to 24 May 2025): The Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car will be closed for quarterly maintenance. During this period, the Genting Gohtong Jaya Cable Car (formerly Genting SkyWay) will operate from 07.00am to 11.00pm
Awana SkyWay has gone cashless; the self-service ticketing kiosks and ticketing counters now only accept payments by Debit and Credit Cards, QR Pay, E-Wallet and Genting Points (GP)
Opening hours: from 7.00am to 11.00pm
Chin Swee Temple Station will open from 9.30am to 7.30pm
The official ticket will be sent to your email within 24 hours
The tickets are only valid for the date of purchase
During Awana SkyWay's maintenance closure, cable car services start at Genting SkyWay Station, a 15-minute drive away
Guests are responsible for their belongings and the management isn't liable for any damage or loss, regardless of the cause
The management may take and use photos or recordings for reasonable purposes
Visitors can take photos and recordings for personal use in non-restricted areas, respecting others
Commercial photography and videography need written permission from the management
Please note that operational hours of the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car and Genting Gohtong Jaya Cable Car may vary on specific periods and festivities
