Wir wurden an unserer Wunsch Location abgeholt & am Tag davor über die tatsächliche Abholzeit informiert. Diese wurde vorverlegt auf 05:20Uhr ich kann nur jedem empfehlen so früh wie möglich zu starten, um sich nicht mit den Massen durchschieben zu müssen, zur Hochsaison Ende Juli. Reisebus modern & klimatisiert, Reiseleitung aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Führung übernahm dann eine fachkundige Angestellte des Museums. Dieser Job ist so wichtig und verdient den größten Respekt!

The tour itself in Auschwitz was very informative but rushed and felt a little like cattle in large groups and were just left to stand waiting for guides for 30 minutes. Birkenau there was no headsets we couldn’t hear the guide so missed the entire thing as the group was too large and crowded and actually got left and had to find the coach ourselves.
