Het was een mooie tocht. We hadden prachtig weer en een mooie plek met goed zicht. Uiteindelijk duurde de tocht geen 2,5 uur maar 2 uur. Groot stuk ook langs industrie en de grote weg. Niet zo interessant.
Vriendelijk personeel, lekkere drankjes.

The service wasn’t good and we had to keep asking for updates on drinks etc. people were complaining about cold coffee. They had sold out of several items such as gluewein on a cold wet day and the cruise finished 25 minutes early. Sadly not a cruise I would recommend and do again and wasn’t value for money.

Schiffsplätze oben an Deck sehr eng gestellt. Die Getränkepreise sind sehr hoch und es wird nur Standard serviert. Vom Ablauf her würde wohl die 1-stündige Tour reichen aber das ist sicherlich Ansichtssache. Der Buchungsablauf war sehr einfach und auch das Ticket war sehr schnell da.

+ Guter Service und freundliches Personal. - Routeninfo war vor der Fahrt nicht bekannt. Ich persönlich hätte mir gewünscht auf der Spree weiter als zur Museumsinsel zu fahren (Oberbaumbrücke, Molecular Men), statt durch die Kanäle im Nordwesten der Stadt.

Arrivée pas très accueillante.
Un audio guide n'a jamais fonctionné, le second s'est coupé au milieu de la croisière.
Personnel pas très accueillant.
Croisière bruyante et une heure aurait suffit.
Ils nous emmènent dans des endroits qui ne sont pas essentiels.
Vu le prix, grosse déception...

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine atemberaubende 2,5-stündige Bootsfahrt durch Berlin zu machen! Die Stadt aus der Perspektive des Wassers zu erleben, war einfach magisch. Wir bewunderten die beeindruckende Architektur, genossen die entspannende Atmosphäre und wurden von der freundlichen Crew verwöhnt.
