Leuke excursie maar op de site stond dat de boot over de Catharijnesingel zou varen en daarom had ik deze tocht geboekt. Ik ben geboren op de Catharijnesingel en wilde het huis zien vanaf de boot. Alleen is de boot niet over de Catharijnesingel gevaren maar over de Malisingel terwijl het wel op de site stond. Dat vond ik erg jammer! Ik raad jullie aan de tekst op de site te veranderen of de route te wijzigen zodat deze overeenkomt met wat jullie aangeven.

Ik had geboekt voor 1,5 uur, maar de rondvaart bleek slechts een uur te zijn. Mijn voucher had geen QR code, waardoor wij bijna werden geweigerd. De rondvaart zelf was wel een aanrader.

Wij vonden het jammer dat de laatste 20 minuten geen uitleg meer werd gegeven wat wij zagen. Dit was bij het stuk van hoog Catherijne. Tevreden met de bestuurder maar misschien voortaan niet 2 of 3 vertellen dat dit zijn eerste keer was in Utrecht

The staff were friendly and the announcer was clear and easy to understand. The boat was comfortable and clean. The history of the Port was awesome. I really enjoyed the trip.
