What we expect

Absolutely fabulous evening. From the initial pickup at our bus stop to getting back. This experience gad everything- tailored to the days conditions, peoples expectations, sunset, swim, views and music and dance etc. It has been a great night. Thsnkyou.

Poor

We paid for the activity including transportation from a pick up point near the hotel to the location of the activity. We arrived at the pick up point 15 mins earlier than the pick up time and stayed until 30 mins after the pick up time, however no one came to pick us up. We contacted TUI customer service while waiting but they could not help with rectifying the situation immediately. We left the pick up point without any further information. We will be looking for a full refund
