Excellent
The whole experience was brilliant, they guide at the start gave so much useful information on how to ride and be the lead driver. Then after we got to unleash the dogs and put them away which added to the whole experience. The only negative was that we booked for a Wednesday and Tui by mistake booked us in on the Tuesday, which was our first day and we'd done the tasters in the morning. Apart from that ,the whole experience was fantastic.

The best trip! It was fantastic. You either want to be at the front or back so if people are slow then they will not slow you down. Safety talk at the beginning was quick was never bored. Brilliant overall. Highly recommend. Single parent with 6 year old. Make sure children have extra layers than normal as they are sitting for long period of time.

Staff were lovely, very friendly and patient and explained what was going to happen very thoroughly. Dogs were happy and we were encouraged to interact with them. Sleigh ride in the frozen wasteland lit by headtorches was magical. I fell off my sledge but was rescued by very caring lady on snowmobile quickly. It did not spoil my experience. Back at the farm it was lovely to be included in unharnessing the dogs and sat around in the cabin warming up with hot drinks and chatting with the staff.

Love the small sized family friendly hotel. Everyone had a smile and was welcoming. Lovely picturesque Views. Down side was not having a kettle in room ( small and pathetic compliant I know) we went to the local ski resort to do some sledding as it was closed was only a 5 minute walk and much better than the sledding at the hotel

I want to say thank you to the Tui reps. They were brilliant and really helped make our holiday. They are an absolute credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, efficient, helpful and our kids loved interacting with them. A special mention to a lady called Sam at Lapland Hetta Hotel. We loved Hetta as a location. The hotel was friendly and clean with good food and lovely staff. We stayed in a ‘bungalow’ the decor was a little uninspiring but it was spatious. The snow suits we hired were good but being only 5ft 3 tall they were very long!
