Atlantis and staff were good but Tui communications were poor. On Wednesday I received an email about the tour 'tomorrow' although it was Friday. I was told variously that the tour was at 13.15, the pickup was at 13.15, the tour was at 11.00, the pickup was 10.15- 10.30. In fact the pickup was at 10.15, so we arrived 10.35. But the ticket voucher showed the tour as 13.15 so the Atlantis staff noticed this and had to talk to the manager to get us on the 11.00 tour to avoid 2 hours more waiting.
