It was a quiet day for us so the kids didn't have to wait for rides :-) Sunloungers we're only €5 each which I thought was reasonable. We got the bus there and the TUI rep gave us all the details of where to get the bus, which number and options for return - Thankyou Kate x

Everything at the park is so expensive. The queues were so long the only way to really enjoy the adult slides is to pay for a fast pass but that’s another 30 euros. The only good thing was the children’s slides but adults can’t go on those so it meant a lot of time waiting or queuing. Even getting an ice cream took 20 minutes!!

Aqualand was an enjoyable place, Only thing to note is you have to pay extra for a locker to store your things in and you get a six numbered code for the locker you have to remember that was a bit of a pain but over the park itself was very good day out. A suggestion to TUI I know they say no transfers for this experience make your own way but maybe give some travel advise help to getting to the park like getting a taxi or using the number 45 bus that take you there and back to Aqualand.

Fun day out for those who enjoy water parks. The queueing for each ride can take upwards of 20 minutes, mainly because fast-track ticket holders get priority. This can become very frustrating, especially when standing around in the hot sun. Fast-track is an additional €25 per person! Food is ridiculously priced (€18 for a burger), therefore bring own supplies with you! Overall a nice day out but value for money it's not when you factor in all the extras needed for the day!

Good experience. Lots of fun things to do. Height limits both minimum and maximum can be frustrating at times. Everything inside the park is additional cost such as lockers, sun loungers etc and food is extortionately priced. Slides and water activities are good though. A good day out.

Ques were really long and staff were not using all the slides available- for example, if there were 8 slides that run simultaneously, only 3 were being used. Prices for food were extortionate- €19 for a burger and chips, fast passes to skip (not always a massive jump) were €25 each, lockers which are very small were €7 each, Sunloungers if you want a base are €20 each. It's a great day out for experiencing slides you wouldn't normally go on and the kids enjoyed it (once they were on them).

We really enjoyed our day at Aqualand. We took a taxi from our hotel and it was easy to use our voucher to get in the staff just needed to take a picture. Aqualand isn’t the biggest water park but it is something we wouldn’t be able to do in the UK so was a nice change. They did however have plenty of slides to choose from and a big wave pool. Be prepared to have to walk up a few hills with your rings and make sure you have an idea of the layout of the park before you start.

Would totally recommend Aqualand. The kiddies area is brilliant, my 2 Grandsons 5 and 10 years loved it. The Pirates River (Lazy River) is the best l have been on, and the older kids and adults had a fun time. Then there is the wave pool which is big and all our family of 13 enjoyed it. The other big slides were amazing, but you do have a climb to get to the top. Food was very nice but a bit expensive if you have a family to feed. Best to take a cool bag with your own food, snacks and drink.

When I downloaded voucher, it had no QR code which I thought I needed and was a bit concerned we wouldn't get in but all was well. If possible it would be good to sell a fast track ticket as well. Value for money is ok but £32 a ticket and then another €25 for fast track maybe a bit expensive for a family with 2 or 3 children.

Rides were a lot of fun, plenty to choose from with barely any waiting (though we did go on a weekday during school term time so queues may be longer on other days). We would suggest adding a note to this experience description on the TUI site/app that tells people to bring a waterproof container to can carry on you for your locker ticket (that you get at the park as this ticket had your locker access code on it) and to bring suitable footwear as the stone ground can be very hot to walk on.

Staff were polite and helpful. 1 staff member went the extra mile, helping our party retrieve 2 bags left on public bus. Queues weren't so bad but some rides where upto 30 mins as it was peak season. Felt that there could be more staff around the toddlers slides to stop children pushing in and also to help with the safety aspect. Food is quite expensive and it's 5€ to hire a sunbed and I think around 7€ for a locker. This adds to the cost of a family day out. We had a great day though!

The food was so expensive and not great at all. 7 euros for a locker which you then had to remember the random code for whilst you were at the water park all day. Some of the staff were quite rude. It was a really expensive day but still something that we would do again as it was good fun. We took our sliders around with us and just carried them when we went down the slides which made it much easier to walk around on the floor.

Loved Aqualand. So much to do for all ages. The waiting lines were moving fast. Rides were fun. Food was lovely. Would recommend bringing wet shoes or sandals as the concrete was hot to walk on. Also the service to waterproof our phone was a good service. Lockers provided to for a fee. Taxi to Aqualand was easy to get for a family of 5. Pictures at the end was funny and well worth the money.

It was a lovely aquapark. Having been too many over the years this one is quite small but well run. However, i have never been on a lazy river where you don’t actually move! It needs to move a bit! We knew we had to pay for sunbeds but just put them on the entrance price when you come in. Food & drinks very expensive but you can bring your own.

Gates opened on time..and all sorted on slides very speedy! We went on a fairly quiet day so we were really pleased.we got to go on all the slides ...having said that we bought the fast pass so as to avoid the ques which is pretty pricey but we think it's worth it! Great selection of slides but you definitely need to buy a fast pass as everyone has them so you’re queuing for ages without. The food is good but way over priced for what it is. Lockers and phone wrapping at the entrance was fantastic. Paying for sun loungers €5 each felt like a bit of a rip off when you just need somewhere to leave your bags. All in all not a bad day out for a holiday not the best waterpark we’ve been to, not the worst-definitely the most expensive!

I you’re on a budget it can be quite pricy especially if you have a few children. It costs €30, just over £25 per person, (TUI app) more on the door. €5 per sun bed (just over £4) a meal deal €14 about £12. There are tables/chairs at the entrance for free! If possible pack a cooler bag/backpack and take your snacks/drinks. Buy phone protectors before hand, they cost €10 in the park. Probably could get 2 for that price and better quality. And €7 for a locker. Parking €5 I can’t mount up!

Entrance fee was about right, slides were good, safe and secure. Finding way around was ok, maps good. Locker’s expensive, just room for 2 peoples stuff. You had to remember the 3 figure locker number and a 6 figure code to open it after hours of slides. How do you do that? Fortunately I had my phone in a waterproof case and took a pic of the numbers. Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive, we had chips and drank our own water. We would have had more but couldn’t support profiteering.

You pay for the ticket to the water park which fair enough doesn’t include travel there (getting the bus was easy enough) but it’s then €5 each just to have a sun lounger (where else are you meant to sit?) an additional €7 for a locker €2 of which you get back when you return the key and food & drink is ridiculously expensive. It’s certainly an expensive day out for what it is.

Park is fine, but way too expensive for what it is. They are charging €4 on the top of the entrance fee for sunbed and beer costs €10, food is expensive too. They should either reduce entrance fee or remove sunbed fee, and make food and drink more affordable.

I enjoyed the experience just a few things cam improve or advise people about. Advise that will need to take floats to top of slides otherwise would have to walk back down to get one. Walking without shoes or some sort of cover on feet lots of times stood on little stones and can be very slippery walking up stairs to top of slide..

Great variety of slides arranged really nicely on the side of valley. The floor is a bit rough in places so walking barefoot can be uncomfortable. Lockers are quite small.

Great time. Afforable and so fun. Sun beds cost €4 per person and locker €5 which is great for the day. I'd recommend wearing water shoes

Zwemmen met de zeeleeuwen Waalwijk alleen jammer dat je 33 euro voor entree moest betalen en dan binnen ook nog voor een bedje eten en drinken was duur en.zwemmen met de zeeleeuw was ook erg prijzig

All staff happy and helpful. Difficult at times with language barrier but easily overcome using body/hand signals to explain. Staff interacted which made a better experience overall.

Great fun day out for the whole family, definitely recommend that you waet something on your feet whole walking around as the ground gets really hot. Considering it's not exactly cheap to get in, we was disappointed that we had to pay an additional charge to use a sunbed. We was lucky enough to find a table that you can sit on for free, if you get there early enough there is a few around you can use.

It was a brilliant day, the children thoroughly enjoyed it as we did there was loads to do and food and drinks available I would recommend Aqualand to everyone it’s a complete fun day out.

Hotel far to large with not enough outdoor furniture for the amount of people staying. Restaurant like a canteen with no chef cooking fresh and staff slow at cleaning up. Airport at Gran Canaria had ridiculous organisation through passport control. And we waited 2 hours for luggage at Bristol as there wasn’t enough staff!

Very expensive to eat there hot dog chips cost 16 euros have to Q up every rid good 30 mins each one Ride Q up for 50 mins as people how pay fast pass keep going on and they get to go before you . Told fast pass is extra 25 each

Excellent value for money for entrance to the park however very expensive so a fast pass €25 and very frustrating when you’re queuing to have people with fast passes walking past you all day. Staff not always checking peoples wristbands in fast pass queue so some slipping through. Annoying! Plus people saving places in the queue for others to go off on other rides and then jump back in. Food and drink expensive, although to be expected. Need more buses running there and back. But excellent day

Excessive queue time for most rides (15 to 30 minutes in my experience) but you can pay an extra €15 for a fast pass, which seems excessive given the standard entry fee cost €28. If you don’t purchase the fast pass, you’ll spend most of your day queuing. Overall, the staff seemed professional and attentive-apart from one guy who shouted at me for mistakingly choosing the wrong flotation aid. Food options reasonable yet lots of time wasted queuing.

Great family day out. Fast pass tickets are a must for those going on the big rides or you’ll not get around much due to queues but you can buy these for £15 each when you get there. You’ll also need 5€ for a locker which is a must if you’re all going the water. Overall a good but expensive day out.

A good day out. Queues mean you need a Fastpass to get on the rides (£15 each). A nice tidy park, plenty of lockers, plenty of toilet blocks which were clean, a few food outlets which were expensive & needed more staff - I queued for 20 mins to get a drink. Lots of picnic tables provided but no other seating unless you hire a sun bed. But, overall, we had a great day and our kids loved it. Would definitely revisit.

I got injured on the labyrinth and ended up with a black eye also we were not told about fast passes when we booked so spent nearly 50 mins queuing for each slide and only got to go on about 6 slides

Great waterpark, but without spending an extra 15 euros per person for queue jumping passes we would have only got on half the slides. Took 40 minutes to get on the first slide so bit the bullet and bought the passes. This took the overall cost to about 33 pounds for kids and 40 pounds for adults...... Too expensive.

Lots of fun slides. Our 10 and 9 year olds were over 1.2metres so could go on every ride. Our 5 year old is only 1 metre so there were only a couple of rides he could go on. There is a good children's area, but do be aware most rides require a height of 1.20+ metres.

It is a very expensive day, particularly when you consider the extras when you enter the park. If you’d like a locker to keep your belongings secure you’re charged an additional 7 euros which I think is scandalous. Food was extortionate inside the park, and most rides were extremely slow waiting, unless again you pay an additional 15 euros to buy a fast pass. With that being said, it is an enjoyable day despite the expense. TUI staff amazing as always.

Great day out! Be mindful that there could be school trips on the day you choose to go to the park. We were able to get fast passes and would highly recommend that! We were able to get on everything more than once. You do have to pay to rent the sun beds but we were so busy with the vast amount of rides that we didn’t miss a sunbed! Really fun day out!

The entire park was quick to get around, rarely queuing for that long. All staff are great, just don't make our mistake and buy some wet shoes, the ground gets very hot in the sun making it difficult to walk around.
