Poor
Very poor service from TUI. We booked the trip via the TUI app and was lead to believe that transport from the hotel was included (app asked for hotel location and said to be at pick up point 15 minutes before pick up time) we waited at the hotel lobby and no transport arrived so we ended up missing our time slot.
