Het reserveren van een excursie via TUI is niet goed bevallen. Je ontvangt geen bevestigingen per e-mail, de verzamelplaats of met welke organisatie je gaat is niet duidelijk. Ter plaatse bellen met TUI is geen succes, een engelstalige assistent kon de bevestiging niet terugvinden en ons verder helpen. Gelukkig was de zeiltocht geweldig en de gidsen die de tocht organiseerde erg vriendelijk, maar boeken via TUI laat maar.
