The Orangerie Museum is a wonderful place, located in the very heart of Paris in the Tuileries garden.Entirely renovated, the museum allows you to discover with a natural and original light Monet's Nymphéas (Water Lilies) and 146 other masterpieces of the Walter-Guillaume collection (Renoir, Cézanne, Modigliani, Matisse, Picasso, Derain, Soutine).

A must art gallery to visit while in Paris. I suggest getting there first thing at opening time as by the afternoon Monet’s Lilly rooms are packed, and noisy.

La billetterie du musée indiquait épuisé pour au moins deux jours. En payant la prime de Musement, on a réussi à acheter des billets coupe-file pour la journée même. Pour nous, ça s’est très bien passé.

I was sold a ticket that was not valid!!!!! Every first Sunday of the month, the museums in Paris are free and you just get in if you register yorself in the official site of the Museum. I was counting on this ticket and, unfortunately, I lost the opportunity. I would like to get a refund and would kindly ask you to be more cautious next time.

This website was a convenient way to obtain a non-time stamped ticket to Musee de la Orangerie in advance of my vacation in Paris. I really enjoyed the museum and arrived about 9:30 and was in the door in 15 minutes. I intentionally went on a Monday thinking the crowds might be smaller. They were.

il museo è meraviglioso, sono opere d'arte che per tutta la vita ho sognato di vedere. Io ho 81 anni e finalmente ho potuto. Ma c'era troppa gente. Mi sono seduta per ammirare le ninfee in tutte e due le grandi sale: Ci sono bambini che corrono , avevo davanti molte persone, alla fine vado ad ammirare da vicino, ma non è lo scopo di questo allestimento. Credo che le visite dovrebbero essere fatte a numero chiuso. Io avrei preferito non vederlo, che trovarmi nel caos di un'occasione persa.

Expo Monet très bien . Un peu brève Expo Heinz Berggruen très enrichissante Il faut absolument prendre un auto guide pour comprendre les toiles des peintres . Le suivi peut être un peu chaotique ,ou peut être je n ai pas compris le déroulement . J ai trouvé quand même le suivi . J ai beaucoup aimé cette expo

Once we got to the museum it was excellent, but getting there was challenging. The area was blocked off due to the Olympic venue being right there. It would have been fine if there were signs, but there were absolutely no signs. Policemen didn’t seem to know where the museum was. Wonderful once in.

I’ve been to the muse de l’orangerie 7 times. Every time it’s absolutely mind blowing. If ever the human race achieved mastery in art it was surly Claude Monet in his water lilies, and the museum holds them perfectly. Come have a life changing experience of art! I dare you!

Non è la prima volta che visito l’Orangerie. È uno dei miei musei preferiti. Ho acquistato i biglietti salta fila pensando ci fossero ingressi contingentati ma, ahimè, era pieno fino all’inverosimile.
