These 2 places are the best combinations. Phnom Bok (Bok Mountain) is located around 20 KM from Krong Siem Reap. It is considered as a high mountain with around 630 steps to get to the top. There is a church, just in the middle, and near the church, there is an ancient temple, allowing 2 big flower trees to show their beauty and spread the smell into the air.
Along the way back to the city center you will have to visit Banteay Samre temple, which is not that far from the mountain. But if you wish to end your trip with the sunset on the top of the mountain you will have to start your trip with the temple first.
