Kindly indicate your flight arrival or departure time at checkout. Please immediately inform the operator of any flight changes or delays to reschedule your transfer service accordingly (please show us the proof of delay). If you are delayed and the driver has left, you may take the next scheduled departure (subject to available seats)
For transfers from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An, the driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. We recommend you choose a departure time at least 45 minutes to 1 hour after your flight arrival time to allow ample time to cross immigration.
If you would like to be picked up or dropped off at your designated hotel's address, please inform the operator 14 hours before departure. Please note that it is not guaranteed, as the operator can only pick up passengers who stay along the bus route. If we can not pick you up at your designated location, we will advise you the nearest pick-up point to your hotel
Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together
Children 0–5 years old: free of charge (sharing the seat with parent)
