A medical questionnaire must be completed before the activity to ensure it is safe for you to dive
It is important to download the medical questionnaire from the Blue Islands Diving website (or contact directly the local operator - contact info found after booking) and review it carefully to assess your health condition. If medical clearance is required, you must bring the signed authorization on the day of the experience. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued if medical authorization is required and not provided
Participants must be at least 8 years old
Note that flying is not allowed within 24 hours after the dive
The expert guide is multilingual (English, Italian, Spanish)
