The lounge is located on the second floor, before passport control, directly across from Gate 12
Guests are advised to visit the lounge before proceeding through passport control and heading to their departure gate

Lovely lounge with tasty hot and cold food and good selection of drinks. it was our first time so we panicked a bit due to delays at duty free but the lady at front desk was very accomodating and helpful. Very clean lounge away from the hustle and bustle which is what we needed before night flight

To be honest it was extremely basic , when we arrived we were told there wasn’t much room we were a party of 7 and had to sit separately as there were not enough seats together which was very poor as I had booked this well in advance 3 weeks in advance so was not impressed and also most of the food had already run out however the staff were very polite

We actually didn't get in. Transfer took nearly 2 hours, transfer was with TUI, on arrival at the airport at 8pm it then took another 45 minutes to get through check in due to the number of people, then we had to get through the hand baggage check we arrived at 08.50 to be told our slot was until 9pm so wouldn't have enough time to do anything. We had to be at our gate by 09.30 so then had to go through passport control. So I wasted £64.00, we know Rhodes aport is bad hence booking the lounge!

This was great. We escaped from the complete chaos that was at the gates with two delayed flights. There was a good choice of food regularly replenished. A nice range of drinks too.
Friendly welcome and the woman at the desk most helpful about delayed departure times when the boards said nothing.

A nice choice of drinks in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. A small selection of food which was ok for me as I booked it to escape the carnage which is Rhodes airport. I would book again.

My flight back to UK was 01:45. The lounge shuts at 23:59. After airport transfer, had only 20 minutes to be in lounge. It should stay open 24/7.

The airport lounge was very clean and quiet.The staff were helpful.The choice of food was adequate and tasty.The choice of drinks was good.There was a toilet nearby which again was very clean..I would definitely book it again

Quite and peaceful ending to our holiday in a busy airport would recommend this experience. The only thing I would say is give yourself an hour to get through passport control which is after you have been to the lounge

Left the hotel at 20:30 for an hours transfer to the airport hoping to get and hour or so in the lounge. Had booked and paid extra for the lounge between 21:00 - 23:00 but due to the disorganisation and absolute chaos and mayhem of Rhodes airport, we were actually lucky we made a 00:50 flight.

The lounge was very nice and clean the staff were really friendly the food & drinks were good the only problem was our gate number came up on the board so we left early to find out more than 2 hours later that our flight was delayed even though it was saying go to our gate there were no help from the Tui staff what so ever if we had known that our delay we would have had more time to enjoy the experience

Airport was very busy and as soon as we entered the lounge on the second floor it was such a calm and relaxing environment. The lounge itself was very clean, staff was very kind and helpful. There was a small selection of food choice but for a smaller airport I was very impressed and enjoyed the food a lot! There was a large choice of hot and cold food including free branded alcohol included and other snacks. There was private toilets for the lounges guest which were very clean and quiet!

A lovely quiet space with comfy chairs, convenient plugs to charge your phone. A good choice food and drinks on offer too which is great. Certainly beats waiting in the departure area or gate!

It was peaceful and away from the chaos of the rest of the airport. The terminal itself is so full of people that it doesn’t feel safe so we do not enjoy flying from here, however the airport lounge prevents this issue for us.

Comfort, quiet. Nice seating and ambience. Nice fresh food. Great coffee machine. Good selection of drinks. Nice reception lady to help. All very good. Son and daughter do not eat cheese so hard with sandwich selection and one gluten free but the nuts yogurts fruit offering all good. Thank you. ,

I honestly don’t think it’s worth the money. My husband and I smoke & we had no where to go for a smoke, we we had to wait from when we got into airport at 9.30 until we landed at 3.40pm for a cigarette.There should either be a room or there was plenty of space on the roof you could build a lean too there.But people who smoke should be able too.There were no pastries.You had,cake,Greek biscuits, but not danish pastries which would have gone down well.had jams etc but nothing other than crackers.

Excellent experience and at a very reasonable price. Relaxing and calm atmosphere. Wide selection of drinks available but more of a food selection is needed. But still worth it! Will not be travelling without it again !

This was a lifesaver, the airport was hideously overcrowded and our flight was delayed nearly 5 hours. The drinks, snacks and WiFi were just what we needed to get us through it, otherwise the homeward journey would have been a much worse experience.

We enjoyed the quiet and comfort compared to the chaos caused by so many TUI flights being delayed at the dame time. We could have done with a little more variety of food on offer.
