No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptionally high tides in Venice or heavy rain the tour might be canceled, however, a refund will be provided
This tour does not include entrance to the main sites and will completely take place outside (only external comments on the various sites will be provided)
Please note that it is a shared gondola (up to five people for each one) so you might have to share it with other people
On-board assistance will be provided during the gondola ride, there is no commentary included

Our guide was on time and friendly. She was very informative and gave us lots of information about Venice and also about the best places to eat and visit. We had a great time on the tour and gondola ride which was easy to get to and no complications and waiting. I recommend this tour

Die Führung durch die Stadt war sehr schön! Die Gondelfahrt war etwas chaotisch und relativ kurz, ca. 25 Minuten, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht 35 Minuten. Organisatorisch alles super, die Kommunikation war auch sehr schön.

Une guide qui a su en peu de temps nous donner des éléments d'histoire et d'architecture qui permettent de regarder ensuite la ville de façon plus éclairée lors de nos ballades.
Le parcours en gondole est sympa (malgré la pluie) mais n'est pas commenté : on ne sait pas où on passe ni ce qu'on voit.
