Sehr umständliche Übegabe. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen kein englisch, nur japanisch und konnten mit meiner ausgedruckten Buchung, die ich vorgelegt hatte, überhapt nichts anfangen. Erst nach umständlichem Hin und Her brachte der Mitarbeite aus Verzweiflung seine gesamte Buchungsliste von diesem Tag. Dort konnte ich dann auf meinen Namen zeigen und erhielt den Router. Auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage gab*s keine Einweisung. Learning by doing war erforderlich - in japanisch! Extrem anstrengend !
