Know in advance:
New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. All children under 2 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat
If you select the audio guide option, audio guide information will be sent 24 hours before the tour, so please pay attention to the communication method you activated, whether it's email or WhatsApp
The Maid of the Mist boat cruise is available only if you select that option and operates seasonally, typically from May to November (exact dates depend on ice conditions)
The guided tour is bilingual (English and Spanish). The audio guide (if option selected) is available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin
If necessary, during spring and summer, ponchos will be provided as you may get a little wet
The itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints
Remember to bring:
The local operator does not provide child restraint systems. Please ensure that you bring your own appropriate car seat or booster seat for your child, as required by New York State law

Auf der langen Busreise (2 x 7 Stunden Fahrzeit) wurde nur eine 20 - minütige Pause eingelegt. Der Reisebus war nur ungenügend gefedert und offensichtlich nicht mehr das neueste Modell. Auf dem Rückweg kam es zum Ausfall der Board-Klimanlage. Die Reisebegleiterin war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Fahrt mit dem Boot und der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle war spektakulär.

Great experience at the falls. Journey very long - 7 hrs each way and only 3 hrs at the falls. Only one rest break whilst on coach. Air con didn’t work on journey back and it was unbearable. Could have made another rest break to cool down and get more drinks. Toilet facilities onboard coach but no toilet paper or a sink to wash hands!!!
