No one bothered to pick me up!! I clearly selected hotel pick up and I waited over half hour. I called to complain, just to be told that I was at the wrong meeting place! There was no map of this alleged meeting point. My morning and money has been waisted!!! Your app does not tell you that the meeting point is not where you selected it to be, when booking. WILL BE GETTING A REFUND.

Really enjoyed this excursion - something none if us had done before. The town was lovely to look around, especially looking at the fish over the quayside in the marina. The actual submarine was pretty cool, and seeing the shipwrecks was great. We saw lots of fish, especially in the artificial reef. Great to have multilingual audio, and nice touch to have branded headphones as a little souvenir. Only slight confusion was that I booked the 12 noon submarine but on the coach was told it was 2pm.

When queueing the staff moved families to the front and that was nice, as we boarded we were greeted and as you go under the water you can see what's happening on the camera and you get audio You get between 25-30 mins under the water and you see alot of fish as well as some ship wrecks all lovely The only downside was how you actually get into the submarine as its down a ladder but my boy managed ok with our help Photo's were €5 for 2 and we got a dive certificate for my boy

Lady on coach picking up from hotel was grumpy & not a word said until we got there. Nothing to build the excitement up. When we got there it was basically follow me, be at submarine for 1340, be back at bus 1515. Enjoy your holiday !! Staff at submarine happy & friendly, crew just felt like they were doing their duty. Experience excellent in submarine

Tour was excellent once started. Good value for money and educational. Minor issues over pick up location outbound and return times when coming back. Could be improved with clearer notifications when the pick up is not at the hotel we're staying at. On return maybe write down the collection time as well as verbally say it. Should avoid people misunderstanding and arriving for pickup too soon. Thanks

We selected pick up from our hotel, the pick up never arrived. We then went to to the TUI rep, who said phoned the excursion people who said it didn’t exist from here. We had no transfer and missed the excursion, complete misrepresentation despite numerous evidence of such. Such a disappointment and ruined our TUI experience

A day trip to Mogán—a charming town often called the “mini Venice” for its picturesque canals and stunning scenery. The highlight? Spending €30 to experience the thrill of submerging 25 metres underwater and resurfacing—a bucket list moment for sure. An absolutely superb day out!

Dropping us off in one place and picking us up somewhere else afterwards was a little problematic for us. This could be. improved by using the same drop off and pick up point so that customers don't get confused as to where they need to be in an unfamiliar town

Picked up near the hotel on time. Had some time before to enjoy a walk around town and a coffee. Walked to the submarine lauch area and boarded on time. The dive was advertised at 40 minutes but submersion was just around 20 minutes! Good windows for observation and informative commentary in various languages. Overall a very good experience and value for money

This was an amazing experience, the submarine is super modern and not cramped at all with plenty of space and a large viewing porthole for 2 people to have a great view of the fish and shipwrecks outside. The bus was on time and gave us around 1.5 hours of free time in Mogan after the activity.

Submarine trip was amazing. Only issues were a long walk from/to the bus due to the market and the fact that we were not given our entrance photo afterwards - when we asked the staf about this they were dismissive and didn’t care. Overall superb though!

The tour was very well organised and the submarine itself was lovely. I was worried it might be very enclosed but there was so much space in it and was lovely and cool inside. It was a wonderful experience to see the sealife, my son loved it. The crew were fab and would thoroughly recommend it. The only downfall was it's only about a 35-40 minute trip & it goes so quick

A great experience! Good value for money. Morgan is a lovely spot to visit. We would have brought our togs if we knew in advance we would have over two hours free time. Submarine was brilliant and the staff very pleasant. Certificate for the child at the end was a nice touch and the optional photos were only 5euro for two which is good value!

My husband & my daughter thoroughly enjoyed our Yellow submarine experience. It was so easy to book via the TUI app. We were staying in Puerto Rico & caught the bus to Puerto de Mogan. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk from our apartment. I would say though it would have been helpful if the app told us to look out for a big blue & yellow coach as we were waiting on the bus stop for the local bus to take us to Puerto de Mogan. We loved Puerto de Mogan, such a pretty town. We had a fantastic day.

I booked for 3 of us. My 2 young adults got into the submarine first. On seeing the steps down I freaked as I have a fear of heights so couldn't do it. The staff went down to inform them both that mum wouldn't be joining them. They ensured that they were both OK to go without me whilst I waited their return. I will try again another time though. But they really enjoyed.

Friendly staff, pick up and drop off prompt. Went on a Friday so quick walk through Mogan Market to get to the submarine allowed for some souvenir shopping. Safe and exciting adventure. Interesting and something a little different. Photos were good and not expensive.

Submarine itself was OK. 4 year old enjoyed it though found a bit of difficulty getting down the ladder. The guide told us to be at the submarine for quarter past 12 but when we got there just before 12 told us we were late! The sailing was at 12 so we were actually exactly on time and another family got on just after us. She had meant quarter to 12 but said the wrong thing and did not confirm by saying 11.45.

Had a great experience on the submarine, the whole family loved it, very serene while under the water. There's obviously no aircon once you're in, so if the air temperature is hot outside then it's also hot inside the sub, so it does get a little stuffy. Plenty of time to have lunch beforehand overlooking the harbour at one of the local cafés.

The experience was brilliant.my only 1 complaint would be that when I booked the experience,it gave me a time of midday but when we arrived our guide informed us that we would be going on the submarine at 2 pm ,we were picked up at 10.40 am,got to Porto de Mogan just before 12 pm so quite a bit of hanging around but the guide said our allocation was always 2 pm.we weren't the only ones in our party that were expecting to go on earlier so maybe this needs to be made clearer when booking.

The Yellow Sub was fantastic, the fish, the artificial ruines, the sunken boats. The life down there is blossoming beautiful with the clear waters. Definitely for all to see, certain disability will not be able to go. Ladders desending. Kids will love it as do adults.

The submarine trip was well worth it. The staff were very professional and dressed in their pilot uniforms and it was well organised and clean. The €5 for the photos were great value and the added extra of the certificate for children was a lovely surprise.

The trip itself was great. IF you book direct you will get free pick up from a number of near points to your hotel. Don't book through tui though as they don't include the free transfers. They expected us to book and pay for our own taxi as we was too close to the submarine to warrant the free connection. I don't think 30mins in a taxi is close and neither did the tui hotel rep who then went out of her way to help.

I would recommend bringing money with you, our coach dropped us within the area of our excursion with 3 hours to go (I was fortunate that I brought money with me for food, do bring a bit extra as there are many shops here as well). Where the coach dropped us off, we were told to walk 10 mins, me and my partner felt so lost. I went onto my emails, searched the actual location of the excursion & luckily enough I found it. Overall, great value for money but poor customer service

Really interesting being able to go in a submarine and see the fish and ocean floor, me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed it. I usually get really bad travel sickness (plane/boat/car) but took travel sickness tablets and felt completely fine - the only time I was aware of slight movement was when we submerged and came up again. We did arrive around 30 mins before we could go in so had to hang about.

Kids loved the parents loved it, really great experience bobbin along at the bottom of the sea. Would recommend taking some swim wear and head to the beach afterwards as you have about a 1hr half wait on your return pick up.

We had a huge problem with our transfer. Was not made clear that we had to get there ourselves as when we booked this trip it said transfer included and let us select our hotel. On the day we were never collected and told our ticket said to get there directly because our hotel was too close. Luckily we were rescheduled but due to the taxi time we almost missed that also and cost a lot in euros. Would not have chosen if we knew transfer was not included

The whole experience was unique and really enjoyable. My 3 and 5 year old grandsons loved it, as did their Mum and I. The commentary in English was a little hard to understand and the 'Captains' interruptions were a little false. Interesting information about the sunken boats that you see. You can enjoy the trip without the commentary just by looking out of the windows ( portholes?) This was my 2nd visit and I would go again.

Experience was very limited in terms of what could be seen from the submarine. Very bland views and only a few species of fish that could be seen more clearly from the harbour. Staff at the submarine check in were giving preferential treatment to Spanish customers and allowing them to queue jump. Not subtly either. Told we’d have a maximum of 1 hour either side of the experience, this was in fact 3 hours that we hadn’t planned for and so was wasted. Didn’t sail at the time we’d booked.

It really was brilliant. If you thought of snorkeling or diving but it wasn't for your family, then this is perfect. Get the chance yo see so much! The water was so clear! Huge starfish and trumpet fish. I wish I had seen a Ray but the colours of fish were amazing.
