On this tour, you'll travel to the picturesque medieval village of Kilkenny and its imposing Norman castle. This city, in the ancestral heart of Ireland, is known as the 'city of marble' for the black stone found in its surroundings.

Along the way, you'll get to listen to famous stories and legends of the area, such as that of cats or that of the oldest witch in Ireland! You'll also learn about the Kilkenney division between the English city and the Irish city and its many churches, abbeys and monasteries.
