It's a little over crowded,so many boat trips takes away the natural beauty. Couldn't buy a drink on board as they wouldn't take a 50euro note .

Great

Lots of travelling, a hour & half on bus and 2-3 hours on the boat. I would recommend sitting or standing on the top deck to take in the views whilst t boat is moving between stops, scenery is stunning. Enjoyed our stop in La Maddalena town, some lovely shops and boutiques. The beaches we visited were very busy with other boat trips, but to be expected I suppose, but both very lovely. Not many fish to see whilst snorkeling, most are in deeper water but you can't swim out as the danger from boats

Due to the high temperatures (34+) this cruise became an ordeal! Overall the cruise itself was quite good however being ‘dumped’ on two beaches for an hour and an hour and a half respectively was intolerable because of the weather and the amount of people dropped to each beach. Boats were dropping people every minute so beaches were overcrowded. Neither beach had any cover or any facilities whatsoever. TUI SHOULD WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS

Great

This is a great trip but a very long day. It’s worth it though. I would definitely recommend buying some snacks and drinks at the first stop in La Maddelena as neither beach stop has any facilities and the pasta lunch, although nice, is not enough to keep you going! Stunning beaches and good commentary on the boat. Nice relaxing day.

The day overall was very good, and shown some lovely sights. We think the boat was a little too overcrowded to the extent that not everyone had a seat. We would have liked to at least have some water served with the very basic lunch.

Islands were described as uninhabited but were full of tourists on other boat trips, so beaches were busier than the beach at hotel! And our lovely guide said we were lucky to go when it is not so busy so I would hate to imagine what it is like in high season. Scenery was amazing though so glad we got to experience it.

Overall it was a relaxing day. Well organised and the day was explained by the guide, Claudio, from pick up at TUI blue hotel, 15min walk from Janna de Sole hotel. Too many people on the boat for my liking, but we all had space to eat at lunchtime. Basic tomato pasta lunch, but was tasty. Just the right amount of time in La Maddalena for a coffee and croissant and stretch the legs. First island was lovely but crowded. At the last stop I was amazed to see the dead cow was still there though!

Guide was very friendly and helpful. Automated announcements on cruise not great. Enjoyed Maddalena island and views from cruise. Many years since we have done a mass market excursion so didn't really enjoy the crowded aspect of the beach stops which distracted from enjoyment. Also the suggested walk at Santa Maria was disappointing a most of it was through thick bush with no view and at the end was a dilapidated building with scaffolding and a decaying cow carcass! Pasta meal was plain but OK

Weather let us down on this occasion, which was unfortunate, however it meant we weren’t in the resort with little to do. The tour was done backwards so we visited the town when weather was worst, but this meant the shops were shut for the afternoon. However, found a lovely cafe for coffee and cake. The beaches were lovely and gave us the opportunity to paddle and enjoy the views.

Would suggest planning what to do in the town before you go as time is limited, a simple map would have been useful.. Would have been good to have provided water for the island part to S as none available on the island together with no shade. Would also recommend advising clients that for this part flip flops should be avoided, But all in all a venue not to be missed. Beautiful. Overall a great experience with a big thumbs up to Maximus our guide.

The cruise was fantastic, it started off well when we met the guide (Maximus) who was extremely knowledgeable and funny with it as well as multi-lingual. The boat was good, the food was basic (pasta, but as much as you wanted) and covered most diets including my vegetarian wife, however everyone was happy with that. The islands were stunning, the stop we had in Madelena was great to see the local town and the beach stop at Sparaggi was fantastic with excellent beach and snorkelling opportunity.

Everything on time, friendly guide, lovely places. No safety announcement on boat. Not advised that rugged terrain around beaches not suitable for flip flops or sandals. Very plain lunch.

Guide was great, I knew it would be a longish coach ride so that was ok, La maddalena was gorgeous - could have done with more time there and less at Spargi. Boats full of tourists arrived every few minutes until it was packed. Hard to appreciate the island with everybody there at the same time. 2 hours was too long.

The tour guide was amazing, he was helpful, friendly, funny and interesting! Not to mention bilingual - we had really bad weather on our trip and I feel without him it might of been a different experience. The staff onboard were lovely too and the stop at Spargi was so beautiful (if only it had been sunny). Overall I’d really recommend it was a great day out

Liked - the boat trip was beautiful, great tour guide and very interesting , beautiful destinations and good amount of time spent in each location. Disliked-late bus pick up and late boat pick up from beach drop off both at least half an hour after time we was given, no air conditioning on the bus and was on there for a very long time on return there and back. Overall happy with the day out but a few small improvements could be made to improve.

The bus was 20 minutes late picking us up. Our guide, Giorgio, was excellent - very friendly and informative. The stop at La Madelena was only 1.5 hours - it would have been nice to spend longer in that little port. Staff on the boat were great. Facilities on board were very clean and well kept. The island we stopped at for swim was beautiful but had no toilets - we weren’t told this and our boat left during the stop which was a problem. All in all - a fabulous day.

The guide was very informative but he never stopped talking. Far too much unnecessary information. There were too many people on the trip. Difficult to find comfortable seating. Stops were overcrowded.

The trip itself was excellent in relation to the places visited but the boat experience wasn't as good as it could be. Too crowded despite us being told on the way there that it wasn't going to be. No room to sit on the top deck to get some air and very hot inside the boat. Arrived at Spargi at the same time as many other boats, despite being told this wouldn't be the case, so completely overcrowded. Lunch was okay but the fruit option after the pasta was merely an apple. Could be improved.

The guide was amazing, Massimo provided lots of information and kept us entertained. The travel to the beaches and La Maddalena was very well coordinated. The islands are beautiful, I would happily spend all day there! We brought goggles and saw lots of fish.

Enjoyed the trip. The guide was excellent and his knowledge was exceptional. The boat staff were friendly but one complaint would be the lack of toilet paper in the ladies loos.
