An old castle, 2.5 hectares, filled with history, tragedy and legends which the local guide will explain to you. You'll be 330 meters under level of sea level, enjoying breathtaking views of Gjirokastra, the typical tower houses, covered with grey stone, usually two or three floors. One of the well-preserved Ottoman-style houses is the Zekate house, which is our last stop. This house was a gift from Ali Pashe Tepelena to his accountant, Beqir Zeko.
