Vegetarisches Essen vorher angegeben und bestellt - wurde aber erst auf mehrmaligen Hinweis schnell was zusammengekocht weil angeblich nicht bestellt laut Restaurant. Fahrer fuhr aus unserer Sicht zu schnell und musste gleichzeitig der Guide sein. Daher Informationen zu Land,Leute,Umland eher wenig und hinten im Bus nicht mehr zu verstehen. Neben Park mit Drachenbaum gibt es ein Schmetterlingshaus das sicher interessant gewesen wäre zu besichtigen.

The tour was in four minibuses, with the English and German commentary provided by the driver of one of the vehicles via radio and this mostly worked well. The tour was well paced and went to interesting locations.

Transport en minibus de 8 personnes, celui qui est assis au milieu ne voit presque rien des paysages et ce contrairement à un bus où la visibilité est meilleure. Et même lorsqu'on est placé à droite et que le guide veut nous montrer quelque chose à gauche, celui de droite .ne voit rien !!! Les arrêts à Carachico et à Masca +/- 35 minutes sont insuffisants pour visiter, surtout Masca J'espère que pour l'excursion de la Laguna le temps de visite sera plus long. Merci pour votre réponse.

Es gab teilweise keine Toiletten an den Stops, oder waren in Cafes die uns nicht reinlassen wollten. Die Zeit am Drachenbaum war zu knapp, wir hatten sogar Teilnehmer verloren mussten dann doch im Bus länger warten. Christian der Guide war aber super informativ und hat viele tolle lebendige Geschichten erzählt. Jederzeit wieder

Très contente d’avoir pris cette excursion qui m’a permise de découvrir un partie du nord ouest de Ténérife avec plusieurs escales avec du temps pour nous pour admirer les paysages faire des emplettes se rafraîchir. Le repas servi au restaurant était également parfait Un grand merci au personnel et au guide. Qui ont participé à ce que cette journée soit superbe. Brilliant day out, all the staff were so good, very informative guide, nothing was too much trouble. We had booked the trip not realising there was a massive celebration taking place in one of the towns, but the drivers made sure we were picked up with no bother. Would definitely recommend.

The tour guide Carsten was excellent with his switch between English and German languages really easy to get along with and not too monotonous, really happy with his knowledge, the Driver Joel was very experienced thank God as the mountainous trip was very hairy we were all hanging on with fingertips lol, Our stop off at the restaurant was fantastic meal beautiful and staff very friendly and nice. This tour is a must , we have been to tenerife four times but thus time we learnt so much.

Un immense "plus" était notre guide (José...Giuseppe). Par contre comme tout se fait en groupe de 4 minibus on sentait bien que notre guide devait suivre et sexdepecher pour rester dans le groupe de 4 véhicules ( dont un semblait n'avoir envie que d'écourter au maximum). Bon restaurant. Les propriétaires de la "bodega" (malgré de gros achats) devraient au moins faire semblant d'être polis et contents de ce qu'ils font...sinon très bien et guide extraordinaire ( nous avons énormément appris).

Wij hadden christel als gids. Ze wist ontzettend veel te vertellen over Tenerife en de dorpen. De tour was met 4 busjes, met elk max 8 personen. De tijd die je kreeg voor de stops waren precies goed. De lunch bestond uit een 4 gangen diner, wat wel pas rond 14u geserveerd werd. Dus wel fijn om zelf iets mee te nemen.

Très chouette excursion avec un guide très sympathique et drôle (Rudy). Nous avons également apprécié le repas au restaurant. Seul bémol : nous aurions vraiment aimé avoir plus de temps à Masca et à Garrachico... C'était impossible de se promener à notre aise et de découvrir ces deux beaux villages. Donc, petit goût de trop peu. Il nous semble qu'il était faisable de nous laisser une ********** heure de plus puisque nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel en milieu d'après-midi.

Lediglich die Mittagsverpflegung (Hühnchenschenkel mit einem Schlag Kartoffelpüree) entspricht nicht den Erwartungen. Dort könnte man den qualitativen Anspruch mit einem höherwertigen Essen deutlich anheben. So hat der Gesamteindruck etwas darunter gelitten!

The trip was interesting, the guide knowledgeable and friendly. However, the bus was old; we had water from air conditioning dripping on our heads and the sound system was very "crackly", so it was hard to understand what the guide was saying. For €90 per head, I'd say that's pretty poor.

Too long on the bus. Not a lot of time sightseeing . The roads going to Musca very dangerous. Not a pleasant bus ride. Roads narrow and caused upset to group. Bus was not made for driving conditions. Very scary and narrow roads. Our bus driver done very well keeping our bus on these roads. The tour guide was excellent, had great knowledge of the history of the canaries. I would not recommend the trip to Musca as, would take this out of the trip. Other stops could have more time.

Our tour guide was incredible, and the driver was skillful. The issue was we had the wrong bus for the journey out of Masca, which meant we were all terrified going up the cliffs. We got stuck at one point and had to burn the clutch to get going again, and at another point we almost wrecked round another corner when we met a car. The engine in the minibus wasn't powerful enough to get up the hill so we had to turn the aircon off!! Food was also just meh, not great. Great tour, wouldn't do again.

The trip was well organised and our driver Ivan was very informed and a real character who made the trip very enjoyable . Many things to see but the highlight was the little town of Mesca situated in a massive stunning ravine. That was worth the trip alone. Thank you

Our guide Trakis was knowledgeable & really funny. She made comments which brightened up an already perfect excursion. The one part I didn't like was the final part to Masca. There was nothing there just a cafe. We were told that the toilets were free if you bought from the cafe. I did so & one if the people working at the cafe stopped us using the toilets free including me Trasca cane to see what the problem was & sorted it out but it did put a stain on an otherwise enjoyable day

The experience was spoilt by a couple of things. On arrival of the minibus we were (4 of us)instructed to go to the back of the bus, even though there were two sets of two seats unoccupied. We did as we were told but we were very cramped and unable to see much out of the windows and generally uncomfortable. The guide, although pleasant was very hard to understand and as he was speaking in German half the time and he was heavily accented. Experience was disappointing for all of us. Info was lost

The selection of places we went was great. Would have been good to have a little more time in Garachico as our walk through was quite quick. Seeing Mesca was absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of the whole trip. Our guide Iskra was great and delivered lots of interesting information. The bus driver was also very good with all the difficult driving and kept us feeling safe. This is a good trip if you enjoy seeing sights and learning about places.

Veel geld voor het beetje wat je te zien krijgt . Veel rijden en korte stops . Geen aparte dingen die je tijdens een excursie verwacht . Je kan deze tour beter zelf doen met een auto die je huurt . Goedkoper en meer tijd voor alles. Vond het niet speciaal en zonde dat ik deze geboekt had. En vind het raar dat de tui operator deze zeer aanprijst. Zeker het geld niet waard.

Ivan was 10/10. Very knowledgeable and made tour interesting and funny. Lunch was excellent esp as my vegetarian request had not been passed on but Ivan sorted it out with the restaurant who were equally accommodating - thank you. Small English group made it definitely more enjoyable than a large mixed nationality group.

Wir wurden nicht abgeholt. Wir warteten eine Stunde auf der ausgemachten Bushaltestelle auf den Minibus. Kein einziger Anruf vom Reiseführer des Minibuses. TUI, bzw. der Veranstalter will uns trotz unserer Reklamation das Geld für 3 Personen (über 230 Euro) nicht zurückerstatten. Wir haben 3 weitere Ausflüge mit TUI gemacht, mit denen wir zufrieden waren. Keine Ahnung, was hier beim Veranstalter schief gelaufen ist, es ist aber eine riesige Frechheit von TUI so viel Geld nicht zurückzugeben!!!

1e stop in santiago del teide is overbodig, is daar niets te doen. Die tijd zouden we beter extra kunnen gebruiken in Garachico. We vonden de stop daar veel te kort. De gids Kristel was top!

Absolute zumutung Leider war die Tour insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung. Die Kleinbusse waren extrem eng und alt, absolut ungeeignet für eine längere Fahrt. Die Lautsprecheranlage war technisch völlig veraltet – man verstand kaum etwas vom Gesagten. Auch das Essen war sehr einfach und lieblos, eher wie eine **********. Einige Streckenabschnitte waren in sehr schlechtem Zustand, was die Fahrt zusätzlich unangenehm machte. Insgesamt haben wir kaum etwas wirklich Spannendes gesehen – viel Leerlauf

Nous avons passé plus de temps dans le bus qu a l extérieur du bus. Le temps de visite libre trop court. Déçue du « plus beau » village de Tenerife. Convient aux personnes qui peuvent peu marcher et non aux personnes voulant découvrir la ville en marchant. Seul point positif la nourriture au restaurant.

Mooie excursie, je hebt genoeg tijd om alles goed te bekijken. De lunch was erg goed, we hebben meerdere excursies gedaan en meestal valt de lunch tegen maar we kregen zoveel lekkers dat we in de avond het buffet in het hotel hebben overgeslagen. Oudste drakenboom was fascinerend en zal ik niet snel vergeten. Wijnproeverij stelt niet heel veel voor maar je kan niet alles hebben. Conclusie is dat we absoluut geen spijt hebben van deze excursie.

We had the older spare coach pa system too loud. With translation German and English commentary a bit too long. Guide and driver both good and helpful. Good atmosphere in group. Good lunch helped group to bond.

Poor
No air conditioning on bus which made the whole long journey very uncomfortable. No leg room on coach for taller people my husband is over 6ft. Guide was very good . Trip overall was too long travelling in bus to see very little! One positive was the lunch it was excellent.

Excursie was goed, omdat de Nederlandse gids was uitgevallen moesten we het doen met de Engelse gids die vanuit het andere busje via een walkie talkie verbinding met onze bus in verbinding stond wat bijna niks van te verstaan was. Dat was het enige minpunt

Good itinerary..guide very knowledgeable.. driver excellent.. The trip was supposed to be 8 hours but was in fact 10.5 hours long. We were picked up at 9 prompt from our hotel and did not get dropped off until 7.30 in the evening! We had plans for our evening which sadly had to be cancelled. There were too many pock ups particularly the one from Gigantes which added three quarters of an hour to each journey. A very long, tiring day.

De lunch is absoluut een dikke nul. Overjarige kip,niet gekruid met een schepje mousselinepapje. Geen groenten.Een mes die aan geen kanten sneed . Enfin ,beter een belegd broodje dan dit. De uitstap was ok.

Très heureux d'avoir eu des guides tels que engy (parc national Teide) et Joses (Masca et sa région) qui nous ont fait découvrir Ténérife. Un grand merci à eux mais particulièrement à Joses car nous étions dans un van à 6 personnes et il a été super et très disponible. Concernant l'hôtel, un grand MERCI à MERCEDES à la réception pour son sourire et son professionnalisme ??. Bémol concernant notre retour, aucune info reçue par mail... que nous attendons toujours !

Het was informatief, onze gids vertelde veel over allerlei onderwerpen. Een nadeel was dat we bijna anderhalf uur onderweg waren eer we compleet waren. Het was een lange dag daardoor.

+++: Jose Luis, guide très investi & désireux de bien faire les choses. Conduite très souple & prudente. Dragon tree super. Masca joli! Repas bon. ---: Van dans lequel ns avons dû nous placer ds les 2 mini places à l'avant à côté du chauffeur car ns étions les plus petits gabarits du groupe. Très inconfortable car on ne savait pas tenir épaule contre épaule. 1ère étape Santiago del Teide: jolie église ms rien d'autre. 2ème étape vante une dégustation qui n'en n'est pas une ds un vieux magasin.
