Die Mitarbeiterin am der Theke (Treffpunkt) war zwar gut informiert, sie wirkte aber desinteressiert und gelangweilt. Der Guide dagegen war fantastisch: astreiner Englisch, super gut informiert, höflich, witzig, hilfsbereit.
