What to expect

Enjoy a trip to Kanchanaburi, a province located 128 kilometers west of bustling Bangkok, sharing its border with Myanmar.

Your first stop will be at Erawan National Park, known for the breathtaking Erawan Falls, which cascades through seven tiers. Here, you can enjoy some leisure time amidst the natural beauty and even sample local cuisine.

Around 2:00 PM, pay a visit to the War Cemetery, a solemn place housing the remains of 6,982 war prisoners, predominantly from Britain, the Netherlands, Australia, and the United States. They lost their lives during the grueling construction of the Bridge over the River Kwai and the infamous railway to Burma, often referred to as the Death Railway.

Following this, you'll arrive at the iconic Bridge over the River Kwai, a crucial part of the Death Railway constructed by Allied prisoners of war during World War II. Take a leisurely walk around the town and capture photographs of this historically significant landmark.

As the clock approaches 4:00 PM, bid farewell to Kanchanaburi. Along the way, you'll pass through picturesque landscapes, tranquil villages, and serene temples for your return journey to Bangkok
