Laut Buchung hätten wir Hin- und Rücktransfer gehabt, es gab nur den Hintransfer, zurück sind wir dann leider gelaufen. Eine deutsche Reiseleitung war versprochen, es fand nur während der Transferfahrt eine Präsentation der Sehenswürdigkeiten teilweise auf Deutsch teilweise auf Englisch statt. Desweiteren war ein reichhaltiges Buffet versprochen worden, aber vor Ort gab es dann ein 3-Gänge-Menü, leider war das Hauptgericht kalt gewesen u. ein Gl. Sekt. Die Fahrt auf dem Schiff war i.O. gewesen!

We enjoyed the cruise and the food was fine. I haven’t scored it as excellent though because the arrangements for drop off weren’t clear to the taxi driver. The reason I chose this cruise was for pick up and drop off but there was a dispute about this. The driver eventually resolved the situation

The duration of the trip was 3 hours on the advertised but it only lasted 2 hours and the guide would not drive us back to the hotel once it finished again not that was advised poor service

Der Shuttleservice hat wunderbar geklappt und der Fahrer war sehr nett. Die Fahrt dauert nur 2 Std. und keine 3Std. wie gebucht. Im Dunkeln eine Fahrt zubuchen ist auch nicht zu empfehlen da die meisten Gebäude nicht angeleuchtet und man nichts sieht ( wobei hier der Veranstalter natürlich nichts für kann). Ansonsten war das Schiff sehr ordentlich, sauber und nett her gerichtet, sowie das Personal auch sehr nett war. Vom Essen ist man satt geworden aber das war so lala. Kein Guid

Buffet und Transfer waren Top. Leider gab es keine deutsche Betreuung wie gebucht. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn etwas zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gesagt worden wäre, das war leider gar nicht der Fall.

Nice and relaxing cruise with no worries about finding it with hotel pick up. Enjoyable evening with good food. Driver very helpful telling us about local sights nearby he recommended we visit.

Der Abholservice war hervorragend. Das Schiff war pünktlich. Die Verpflegung an Bord war liebevoll zusammengestellt und schmackhaft. Der Service war unaufdringlich, höflich, freundlich und schnell. Die musikalische Unterhaltung war abwechslungsreich. Mir persönlich hätte es vielleicht mehr gefallen, wenn der Arkordeonspieler nicht nur "O Sole Mio, Vater Rhein, die kleine Kneipe usw" sondern auch etwas tchechisches und die "Moldau" gespielt hätte....dieses wertet das Gesamturteil aber nicht ab.

It was a very nice tour being able to see the landmarks at night and the city lights. 2 hours is a perfect duración for this Cruise. The food was good, live music nice.
