What to expect

Benidorm is the tourist destination par excellence in the province of Alicante, but you can discover other unique places in the surrounding area.First stop Guadalest. You will leave aside the blue of the sea to marvel at the colors of the Guadalest Reservoir, the main protagonist of this area. The town has been declared a historical site and an Asset of Cultural Interest for its rich heritage. Enjoy a walking tour with the expert guide to learn about the most relevant places and historical data and, then, you will have free time to enjoy the city's museums.Halfway between the sea and the mountains is the quiet town of Altea. If you are looking for Mediterranean essence, it offers you six km of coastline, among which its coves and stone beaches stand out. There is no postcard worth its salt that ignores the great dome of the Church of Consuelo, a key point in the old town of Altea. With the white houses, the cobbled streets and the blue tones of the sea appearing in every nook and cranny, a walk through Altea is a gift. You'll explore its streets on a guided walking tour before having free time for lunch and continue discovering it at your own pace.In the last part of the excursion we will visit the Fuentes del Algar, a fascinating natural area made up of spectacular waterfalls that provide great biodiversity to the environment. Suosittelen!

Excellent

The meeting point was a bit confusing as it said the bus station in Benidorm first, then underneath said the entrance to the hotel of the station which didn't make sense to me. I wasn't aware that the bus station had a hotel so we wasted time wandering around the bus station trying to find the bus. Once on board, we had a great day out though. Our guide Danny was very knowledgeable.

Great

Transport includes but not hotel pick up. Something I did not know untill it was too late to swop trips. Our pick up point was a 40 minute walk or a taxi drive to the collection point. Similar trips offer hotel pick up. The trip was great , it was not a tui coach or rep but our guide was very good and spent around 20 min at each point explaining the area and special area of interest then you got free time to explore the area. You got around 2 to 2.5 hrs at each destination but this is a full 9hr

Great

The only negative about the trip was the fact that I’m booking a trip through Tui I expected it to be a tui coach and rep and it wasn’t. It was a third-party company however the company was fabulous but the bus was a bit of a letdown as it had no air-conditioning on it and we were travelling in 29° heat.
