For cruise passengers at Puerta Maya & SSA International Pier: Simply disembark from the cruise and walk along the pier to the exit. When you pass through the gate at the end of the pier, you'll find a sales booth to your right, where a team member in a pink shirt will greet you. For cruise passengers, at Punta Langosta: Simply disembark from the cruise and walk along the pier to the exit. Once you pass through the gate at the end of the pier, on your right, you'll spot a sign saying "Open Top Bus Cozumel." There, a team member in a pink shirt will be waiting to welcome you. Not cruise passengers: Your meeting point will be the clock tower located within Benito Juárez Park, which is right in front of the Cozumel ferry terminal. To get there from a hotel, you will need to take a taxi.
