What to expect
Discover Bruges, the "Venice of the North", with this guided day tour with bus transportation.Your first stop is the Lake of Love or Minnewater, one of the most beautiful postcards of Bruges and that hides a little-known legend. Continue to the historic center of Bruges, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the Walplein square, and admire the many medieval structures.Discover the Hospital of San Jhon, one of Europe's oldest hospital buildings, and the Church of Our Lady of Bruges, which houses the Madonna of Michelangelo.Pass by the Palace of the Lords Gruut, cross the San Bonifacio bridge and end at the harbor del Rosario. The tour ends in two of the busiest and most central squares in Bruges: The Town Hall Square and the Grote Markt or Market Square, chaired by the Bell Tower or, as it is known in flamenco, Belfort Tower.Throughout the tour, your guide will give you tips on where to find the best spots for the national treasures - beer and chocolate. Once the tour itinerary is completed, enjoy 4 hours of free time to eat and explore the city at your leisure.

Know in advance:
Tour starts from 8.30am until 6.30pm (approx.)
In some rare cases, travelling by train instead of bus might be necessary. You will be advised prior to the tour date, please note you will have to purchase the train tickets
Children under 2 years old must travel in a car seat on the bus. Please make sure to bring their appropriate seat

Meeting point:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time. Your bus will be waiting for you at the Carrefour de l´Europe Square under the columns of the main entrance of the train and metro station, in front of the Hilton Grand Place hotel. Your guide will be wearing a black jacket and holding an umbrella with the name of Buendía Tours and Niceday Tours on it, as well as a Spanish or English flag (depending on your chosen tour language).

Die Guides waren nicht wie angekündigt schwarz gekleidet und hatten auch keinen Regenschirm mit der spanischen bzw englischen Flagge. Da am Sammelplatz mehrere Gruppen starten gab es Verwirrungen. Der Guide Oscar war OK, erzählte amüsant und gab Tipps.

The trip was brilliantly led by our guide Marc who made the whole experience fun and informative. I would thoroughly recommend going to Bruges as it offers a great contrast to Brussels with its charm, canals and architecture. I have to say the guide made the trip and I hope he finds 'Temi' soon!

There was confusion to start. Tour director was not aware the some people were meeting the tour in Bruges so we waited extra time before leaving. Also the English tour was transferred on the Spanish tour bus so did not benefit from what the Spanish speaking guide was saying.

A great informative tour of Bruges. The coach was brand new, seats were so comfy. Our tour guide was great, at the end of the tour she took us to a lovely chocolate shop for some tasting, we also got 5% discount on any purchases. We then had 4 hours to wander around on our own, a great tour.
