Departure at 8.30 am from Carrefour de l'Europe Square, under the columns of the main entrance of the train and metro station, in front of the Hilton Grand Place hotel. Your guide will be identifiable by a black jacket and umbrella, with the name of Buendía Tours and Niceday Tours. Your guide can have a Spanish or English flag, so please do not hesitate to contact any of them. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

Hugo, our Guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of knowledge about the rich history of all the places in the tour.
Hugo was very calm and understanding and was engaging with everyone on the tour.

A little bit chaotic finding which group to join at the start. However, guide was very good and informative. The guided tours around Ghent and Bruges were very interesting and the guide's recommendations for free time were also very helpful.
