The captains of the boats are not familiar with the concept of ‘hop on hop off’ tickets. We had a problem when one boat didn’t pull into the port we wanted to ‘hop off’: we were then told we should have aid when we boarded which stop we’d wished to get off. When we then tried to return to the port we had missed we were told we needed to pay more as our ticket was a return. Eventually sorted with no extra charge but not an easy hop on hop off experience we expected.

I wouldn't say the staff on board were guides, they didn't speak the whole journey, just drove the boat. It's definitely more like a boat taxi than an excursion. Also the bus stop in Arguineguin is a decent walk from the very scruffy looking harbour, and not through a particularly nice area.

This is a great way to travel along the coast from Puerto Rico. The ferries run regularly and you can travel on any on the day your ticket. Good value for money - we booked in advance via TUI app with 10% off.

Excellent boat trip over to Puerto Morgan from Puerto Rico. The guys on the ferry / boat were very informative and fun about the sights on the trip and allowed time for photos ‘driving’ the boat with a captains hat and made the whole experience fun. Plenty of room even though we chose to go on a market day. Very reasonable price and would highly recommend

Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely journey. Drinks available to buy, clean boat. Didn’t really like the loud music as it was more peaceful before it came on and didn’t like the staff members with the puppets coming around to the children or the dressing up and dancing.

Return journey was cheeper than booking direct at dock. Note the ticket needs to be printed for this which our hotel did for us be forwarding e-mail to them at reception. Journey is short but nice to get different view of coastline from a boat/ferry. Not too busy even on market day, made it more fun traveling to market rather than a taxi/bus.

I raised a question about the type of ticket. You responded with we'll get back to you in 3 to 5 days. As useful as a chocolate teapot. Useless answer. That was after waiting nearly 20 mins on the phone for someone to answer.
