Important : All admission tickets to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum are personal. At booking, the name and surname of each participant (as spelled on the ID document) is required

All customers must bring an identity document with them on the day of the visit which matches the name on the ticket

In the absence of such a document, the staff has the right to refuse entry to the museum

Please wear comfortable shoes - the tour requires a lot of walking as well as an umbrella or raincoat or sun hat / glasses / water to be prepared for different weather conditions
