Excellent service, from pick up at your hotel to drop off. Even the taxi driver was very informative as well as our brilliant guide. A must do experience. Make sure your wearing comfortable walking shoes.

While the transport & organisation to the site was excellent I didn’t feel the experience met my expectations. The guide seemed bored. Repeated the same information multiple times. It felt rushed; we were always being moved along when surely visiting a place such as this necessitated time and reflection.

The tour was amazing! Very informative and educating! Extremely eye opening was one of the best experience days I’ve had! The only downside with having a lot of people on the tour with you is if you can’t see what the guide is talking about you’re almost rushed through and don’t have a lot of time!

The experience is obviously very moving, I was impressed with the logistics of collection and return to my hotel. Our guide was knowledgeable and had personal experience of members of his family having been held within Auschwitz-Birkenau and held our attention throughout the tour.

Pick up was booked for 9.30am but ended up being 11.45am. It does say on the voucher it could change time but that was very disappointing. Communication from the driver the day before was poor, had to get hotel reception to ring him to find out what was happening. Tour itself was good and guide very knowledgeable

We were told that pick up from hotel would be 9.30. Evening before was told it would be 12.20. This meant that the end of the tour was in the dark and we didn’t get back to hotel until 8 pm. We had to use torches from our mobiles to see in the last hut. We had to change our plans for that evening. The pick up, transport and guide were exceptional.

The pick up time was 9.30am but the evening before we had a message informing us of a change to 11.05 am but no reason given. There was a lack of information throughout; we were told we had a 2.5hour museum tour it was misleading, that was in fact the time spent with a guide going around Auschtwiz.
