We enjoyed the trip but too long at the church and too long at the diving man house , the other museum great lots of information, We didnt get told where the markets was when we got droped of with lots of sellers hording around us , so we went to a bar only 5 mins before we realized the market was near we where being picked up, we got dropped of by harbour, if I had been told I would have headed there straight away., overall great experience and the guides where very good and funny,entertaining

The guide Paulo was excellent, he was a real comedian and kept the group laughing. Very knowledgeable and the guide in the museum knew there history and made it an enjoyable experience.

Die ersten 4 Tage war das Frühstück mangelhaft. Es wurde sehr spärlich nachgelegt. Am 4 Tag gab es Streit unter den Mitarbeitern, daraus folgte, dass eine ausfiel und ab 6 Tag war mehr Freundlichkeit und mehr Motivation bei den Mitarbeitern zu spüren. Es wurde auch Speisen nachgelegt.

Obwohl wir Sal Rei auch schon auf eigene Faust erkundet hatten, erklärte uns unser Guide, Becky, noch viele Dinge zu Land und Leuten und zur Stadt Sal Rei. Auch der Besuch des Museums über die Geschichte der Kapverden war sehr schön und aufschlussreich. Abgerundet wurde die Halbtagestour von der Verkostung landestypischer Speisen und Getränke. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Der Kleinbus könnte etwas komfortabler sein. Einige Gäste saßen (wenn auch nur kurze Strecken) sehr unbequem.

Unser TUI Begleiterin Becky war wie immer super Es hat mit ihr viel Spaß gemacht und die Gruppe war auch sehr nett. Es war in diesem Urlaub mein zweiter Ausflug und ich habe es nicht bereut.

Die Fahrt war eine schöne Abwechslung, die Museen interessant .Im kleinen Museum konnte man Muscheln und Dinge sehen ,die der Beitzer aus dem Meer holte und mit viel Fleiss beschriftet und das zweite Museum war neu und sehr schön gestaltet

We would have preferred less free time at the end and more time at the Boa Vista museum - the guide there was very interesting and we would have liked more time to look around and ask questions. The tasting session was great and again more time there to sit and have a drink would have been nice. We’re very glad we went and the Tui driver and guide were smashing.

Värmen och saftybox fungerade inte. 450m till närmaste Restaurang, Efter 3 dagar till ett nytt rum där det var vattenläkage i taket över handfatet. Personalen lade ut handdukar över hela ytan där vi skulle ha våra necessär. Detta kunde de inte åtgärda. Fick leva med det resten av vår vistelse. Detta borde vi få ekonomisk ersättning för.

Fabulous guide, very knowledgeable and good humoured, a very considerate driver having to negotiate quite rough roads to the church but made our journey as comfortable as possible .. our tasting experience was enjoyable and our museum of the sea was hosted by a very good guide .. a thoroughly enjoyable half day experience.

Allt var bra förutom att vi gärna hade tagit med badkläder och badat när vi hade egentid i Sal Rei. Det var lång tid att gå runt på egen hand och jobbigt att säga nej till alla påträngande försäljare. Hade vi vetat att det fanns möjlighet att bada hade vi hellre passat på att göra det eftersom det inte var några större vågor där. Väldigt bra och kunnig guide på museet. Kul att få provsmaka.

Nu was het een Duits talige gids , natuurlijk versta en praat ik deze taal goed . De keer daarvoor een Nederlands talige God ( Belgische ) en dat trok toen op niets , daarom had ik deze uitstap gekozen in het Duits , en heb daar zeker geen spijt van .

Der Reiseführer war nett, lustig und konnte uns viel erzählen. Die Kirche am Anfang der Tour fanden wir persönlich nicht so interessant, aber die Museen waren interessant und Gloria vom 2. Museum hat echt sehr interessante Sachen über die Insel erzählt.

Ausflug war ok. Leider wurden wir nur da hin gesendet, wo alles ********** teuer ist, ob Kaffee, Zigaretten oder Mitbringsel. Man hätte als Guide darauf Rücksicht nehmen sollen. Sonst ein sehr gelungener Ausflug, den man machen sollte

Was rgood getting out of and seeing the local area. The second museum was brilliant the guide was incredibly informative and there was even a little rooftop bar where you could have a drink. However when walking around Sal rei you are borderline harassed by people trying to sell stuff to you and they wait to pounce on you. We went into a shop to buy something and instead of charging us 4500 escudos he scammed us and charged us £45000 meaning we got charged £350 instead of £35 so just be careful

Guiden var mycket trevlig och kunnig, berättade massa intressant om Kap Verde öarna, Boa Vista och Sal Rei. Busschauförren var lugn och trygg, körde bra. Gillade havsmuseet trots litet. Gullig man som jobbde där. Köpre smycken som minnen där. Det mindre bra vara alla kvinnliga gatusäljare "Mama Africa" som dök upp övetallt vart vi än var. Dom blev väldigt på och blev nästan lite agresiva, några gick typ efter en när man gick undan. Detta gjorde qtt jag absolut inte ville titta eller köpa nåt.

Guide Becky ist sehr sympathisch und macht ihren Job sehr gut. Beim sandboarding kann man zweimal ca. 20m das Hügelchen runter rutschen und das wars dann auch schon. Das lokale Essen war lecker. In der "Töpferei" wird leider nur Ton in Formen gepresst und mit sprühfarbe lackiert, leider keine echte Handarbeit oder kreative Einzelstücke. Der Stop am Santa monica beach war leider nur 30 Minuten, viel zu kurz um den schönen Strand zu genießen.

Der Ausflug war gut abgestimmt, und interessant. Jedoch der Museumsbesuch wurde und Geschichte wurde in Englisch erklärt. Meine Mutter war sehr enttäuscht, 82 Jahre, auch anderere Teilnehmer. Deutsch , Fehlanzeige. Auch hier wieder die ständige Aufforderung Geld zu Weihnachten zu geben. Das ist sehr schade

Hugo (guide) was rather inexperienced and needs training in order to give more information about the area ie interesting facts etc . He was however very polite and well-mannered. Fishing Museum was rather inept but Ship Wreck Museum was very interesting and Guide there was excellent. Not much to see/do when left for45 minutes to wander about prior to getting back on the minibus to return back to the Hotel

I loved the complex the rooms were good staff were really helpful the food was excellent (great variety) the entertainment was a bit repetitive plus the ones who sang 1st were awful morbid. The team who danced and sang were the most hard working team I have ever watched well done. Mattress toppers would be a comfort for us oldies

It was lovely to see the sights but if we had been told the museum we visited was in someone's front room we may of been more prepared. More information about the fish museum would have useful. Sal Rei is a poor town but the locals need to understand people won't buy if they feel targeted. I would have looked round more if they hadn't chased after us.

Die Tour war insgesamt gut organisiert und durchgeführt. es wurden interessante Punkte angefahren, und wir erhielten viele Informationen zur Insel und den Kapverden. Ich hatte einen teuren Kameragurt im Bus vergessen, und obwohl ich das kurz nach unserer Rückkehr bemerkt und beim Tui Team gemeldet hatte, wurde er nicht gefunden.

The guide Winston was really friendly and engaging, he had a lot of facts to keep things interesting and the tour was really well put together. I would only ask for more food at the restaurant stop and maybe a bit more time to explore some of the museums as I like to take my time reading the exhibits and felt that this was a little rushed.

Great few hours, our guide Paolo and driver Mr Sosa looked after us very well. The tour was delivered with honesty and great humour. Fatima’s Church on the hill is a beautiful little white church with a fascinating story. The two museums were very interesting seeing the artefacts found in the sea and learning about Cabo Verde heritage. Finally, the tasting in restaurant Sodade was nice little insight into the food and drink of Sal Rei. We ended the morning with a few beers by the harbour.

Die Fahrt ist das Geld leider nicht wert. Zuerst fährt man raus zu einer kleinen Kirche. Die Aussicht zur Steilküste ist toll, mehr aber auch nicht. Danach werden zwei Museen besucht. Das eine ist ein kleines Privathaus mit selbst gesammelten Sachen aus dem Meer. Das zweite ist historisch angelegt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, mehr aber auch nicht. Le guide Paulo était formidable! Excursion en anglais mais avec 1 guide qui parle plusieurs langues! Mélange la culture et l'humour ! Ce que nous adorons. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses. Et je vois ce pays différemment. Accueillante et souriante malgré les conditions économiques des travailleurs. Ravie d'avoir pris plusieurs excursions car 20% est reversé au pauvre, clinique et enfants écolier :)

Die vereinbarte Uhrzeit für die Abholung war um 8:10 Uhr.. wir waren um 8:00 Uhr fünf am Treffpunkt. Da war aber der Fahrrad, der für den Transfer verantwortlich war, schon weg. Erst als ich um 8:45 Uhr dann einen fahrer einer anderen Tour ansprach, hat sich dieser gekümmert, so dass wir dann gegen circa 10:00 Uhr mit zur gebuchten Tour zusteigen können. Der Tour Guide erkundigte sich beim Fahrer, und dieser meinte, als er vom Hotel ab fuhr, sei niemand da gewesen. Wir waren 5 Minuten vorher da

Spijtig dat er in de museums geen vertaling in het Nederlands was. Mensen die geen Engels verstaan voelden zich bedrogen omdat de trip volledig nederlands zou zijn. Ook heel erg zonde dat we niet in de kapel binnen konden.

Eine Verkaufstour wollte ich nicht. Ich möchte keinen Markt für Touristen. Tui sollte lieber den Markt der Einheimischen zeigen... Gerne Museen - aber ohne anschließend lange Pause für Verkauf... Zeigt den Touristen das wahre Sal Rei. Wenn ein Kunde die Veranstaltung verlassen möchte, sollte der Guide einem den Treffüunkt für den Bus und die Uhrzeit nennen...und nicht sagen, wartet, noch nicht... Heute haben wir eine tolle private tour gemacht, bei der wir Land und Leute sehen konnten.

Top: tijd van halve dag is super ivm warmte en zon. Leuke reisleider die veel informatie geeft. Mooie en interessante plekken bezocht. Niet leuk: de locals in Sal Rei die precies weten wanneer je waar tijdens de tour bent, en je met al hun spullen (letterlijk…!) achtervolgen en naroepen om dingen te kunnen verkopen. Ze weten precies wanneer je waar bent. En zeker tijdens het half uur ‘vrij rondlopen’; je werd door ze opgewacht, achtervolgt en nageroepen om je te verleiden spullen te kopen.

We hadden Nederlandstalige gids geboekt , spijtig dat in het museum over de geschiedenis van kaapverdie de uitleg in het Engels was en dat we er dus bijna niets van verstaan hebben. Voor de bus op en af te stappen moeten we niet echt Nederlands hebben maar hadden speciaal in het Nederlands geboekt voor de geschiedenis in het Engels.

We hadden al een dag tour gemaakt dus we kwamen enkele dingen tegen die we al hadden gezien. De gids (Sonny) is een lokal maar wij vinden zijn enthousiasme een beetje getemperd en wij denken dat hij naar een hogere hotel school moet om zich beter staande te houden op dit eiland.

The coach leaked, leaving my husband wet and dirty. Didn't feel safe travelling up to the chapel in a coach, not the drivers fault. Not much content to the trip for the money we paid. Would not recommend. The driver and the guide were fab and did the best they could with the limited trip on offer.

Interessant horen over het eiland in nautologisch museum, ook imposant de sloppenwijk. Het restaurant waar we lokale proeverij hadden was ok, de ruimte veel teklein voor de hoeveelheid mensen. Zou wat lamger dan 30 minuten in de stad vrij willen hebben, was nu erg gehaast-een uurtje langer op eigen gelegenheid zou ik fijn gevonden hebben, kun je steuinen door de stad of lamgs het strand, rustog een ijsje eten bv.

Die Stadtrundfahrt durch Sal Rei war sehr interessant. Besonders gefallen hat uns der authentische Einblick in das Alltagsleben der Stadt. Unser Guide war freundlich, kompetent und hat viele spannende Informationen über Geschichte, Kultur und das Leben auf Boa Vista geteilt. Die Verkostung lokaler Snacks war ein echtes Highlight. Die verschiedenen kapverdischen Spezialitäten waren köstlich und liebevoll präsentiert. Auch die kleine Gruppe sorgte für eine angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre.

Man merkt hier halt den Veranstalter... Schnell schnell... Ab zum nächsten Punkt... Verkostigung ? Frechheit nenn ich das. Im Bus wird ein Brunch angeboten, ein 2. Frühstück. Kalten Kaffee, bisl Ziegenkäse, Kuskus in kleiner Varinte, Sandkekse sowie ein Gebäck mit Thunfisch Creme sowie Hibiskussaft. Die Gruppe bestand aus 14 Leuten.... Nein Danke ! Da bestell ich lieber bei ner Einheimischen Tour Truppe nächstes Mal....

Es war im großen und Ganzen eine sehr schöne Tour, mit vielen Ereignissen und Eindrücken.Sehr viel Information wobei man sich doch so einiges zusammen Reimen musste.Die Tour war eigentlich in Deutsch gebucht , aber in den Museen wurde dann doch alles auf Englisch erklärt, erzählt . Da unser Englisch eher schlecht ist , haben wir auch nur einen geringen Bruchteil verstanden.??

Wilson was fantastic and we really enjoyed the tour, especially the shipwreck museum. However, during our free time we felt quite unsafe especially at the market (being led into a back room and exit blocked). The locals seem very friendly at first but if you do not buy this can quickly change. We wish that we had been warned about what to expect.

Prachtige reis gehad! Enkel de markt tijdens de tour vind ik geen aanrader omdat ze daar opdringerig zijn. De lokale mensen zijn heel erg vriendelijk, alsook het personeel in het hotel. Ze doen hun uiterste best om je daar volop te laten amuseren. De white party is zeker een aanrader! Zorgen voor klein geld in euro's is wel gemakkelijk om mee te geven als je iemand een tip wil geven.

We felt the Senegalese traders in the African Market very pushey and intimidating. What was a pleasant trip was spoiled by the market visit. Also disappointed that the Fatima Chapel was locked up after climbing a considerable number of steps, which also was not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

We thought both museums were very interesting in particular the Naufragof. Wilson , as a tour guide, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We loved the local food and drink tasting in such a lovely setting. It was a good mix of guided parts and free time to explore independently . Please don't change anything! Fantastic value for money.

Certainly! Here’s a polished version of your review: ? Very Disappointing Hotel Experience The flight and transport to the hotel were both good, which gave us hope for a pleasant holiday. Unfortunately, things went downhill from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The reception staff were very unhelpful and disorganised, setting a poor tone for the rest of our stay. We had paid extra for a sea view room, but the room was full of flies, the safe wasn’t working, and the shower was broken.

Das Personal ( Reiseleiterin (Betty) und der Kraftfahrer (Erildo) haben einen super Job gemacht. Leider war der Toyota Landcruiser nicht sehr geeignet und nicht sehr bequem für die etwas betagten Gäste und diese konnten die Fahrt nicht richtig genießen!! Ein kleiner Minibus wäre angebracht gewesen!! Die Aufenthaltsdauer in der Stadt empfand ich als zu kurz, wir hatten kaum Zeit uns richtig umzuschauen!!

9 Personen in einen alten Land cruiser zu quetschen und der Guite fährt im anderen Fahrzeug und erzählte dort ist eine Fehlplanung. Und das ganze weil kein Bus für alle da war die die Reise gebucht haben. Leider saßen wir für 12 Euro mehr im Landi. Englisch ist auch Pflicht nicht alles war in Deutsch. Kann man buchen das Museum über boa vista war mein Highlight.

It was interesting to see Sal Rei and experience the obvious poverty there is there. The first museum we went to was not too interesting with a few artifacts to see; the second one was much better and the guide very informative about the history of the islands. The visit to the church of St Fatima also was interesting to hear the history. The time given to wander alone was not worthwhile as there were too many people pestering us to buy their goods and there also was not much of interest.

Het was vooral leuk om wat meer te leren over de geschiedenis en de cultuur van het eiland. De hapjes en drankjes waren erg lekker en we hebben vooral een hele leuke ochtend gehad. Het museum van de zee vonden wij wat minder, qua educatieve inhoud, maar het was zeker een indrukwekkende verzameling.

Guiden bör vara tydligare med tider och var bussen är parkerad samt hur lång tid vi har på oss vid stopp. Han sa det troligen i förbifarten men som guide bör man var lite övertydlig på dessa punkter. Skapar oro om det inte uppfattas rätt av utflykts resenärerna. Vissa kan göra sig förstående på språket som guiden förmedlar men när han pratar fort så är det lätt att missa vissa uppgifter som mämns här ovan.

Het was leuk om wat meer van het eiland te zien. Het was minder leuk dat door een communicatiefout zoals ze zeiden we meer dan een uur in de bus zaten voordat de excursie begon. Wat resulteerde dat we nog maar erg weinig tijd hadden om Sal Rei zelf te ontdekken. Ook heeft de gids ons meerder keren duidelijk gemaakt dat ze een fooi erg zou waarderen omdat ze maar zo weinig verdiende.Tot 3x toe werden we daar op gewezen.

Eerste museum was letterlijk en figuurlijk erg klein voor zo'n grote groep. Tweede museum was leuk en werd erg enthousiast vertelt. Proeverij was klein maar fijn. Leuke onderbreking. Verder waren de gidsen en reisleiding erg leuk en vriendelijk. Alleen jammer de de Nederlandse groep maar 1x per week is en dat was de dag na aankomst, daar konden we dus niet bij mee. Verder zou de prijs wel eerlijk aangepast mogen worden van 30 naar 42 euro pp.

Really enjoyed the two museums. Preferred the second museum, as we had a wonderful commentary and explanation of Boa Vista by an excellent lady. Sala our guide was great, happy to answer questions. The cafe with local specialities was lovely. The market and shopping at the end was interesting, you get quite harassed by the sellers, but they seemed very good natured and nice people. We bought a couple of items from the market, but you're not left to browse, a bit stressful.

We liked the cultural museum, Naufraga, which was very inviting and the guide knowledgeable and informative. Also, the tasting at the small restaurant and harbour were lovely. Not so good was the first seafaring museum - limited items of interest. The city centre had little to see and the market was interesting!!

Just a little disappointed I now understand that sai rei is barron but maybe that should be declared in the description of the visit. Die Fahrt in einem SUV , in den 10 Personen gepresst wurden -uA. mussten 2 Personen auf dem Beifahrensitz platznehmen war eine Zumutung. Der Besuch von 2 Museen war zwar interessant aber die Erleuterungen waren in englisch und nicht für jeden veständlich.. Wenn schon in deutsch angeboten wird , sollte dies auchgerfolgen. Our guide was clearly extremely proud of his country and shared some great knowledge, he was also extremely helpful in escorting my wife and i to the pharmacy to translate for my wifes infected mosquito bites. The young girl at the shipwreck museum was also first class, for a young girl she delivered a great informative experience, the undersea museum was also great the owner Mr Zezui is a legend! A great value trip really recommend!

War eine nette Tour, leider zu arg auf Touristische Ebene, erinnert sehr an eine Kaffeefahrt. Interessant war das Museum des Privatier, das „Schiffsmuseum“ zu sehr auf Touris abgestimmt, damit möglichst viel gekauft wird.

The only highlight of the trip was the tour guide. I paid a lot of money to be driven around in a coach to a hill side, then driven back to a very cramped room to see seashells and fishing memorabilia. There wasn’t enough time to visit other restaurants to eat as we were only given finger food and then 40 minutes to spend in a market. It was not great at all

Learning of the history of Cape Verde from the discovery to present day. Interesting to learn of the slavery , sugarcane past and the mix of Africans/Portuguese that makes up the current population. Food tasting and Hibiscus drink, museum visits brilliant.

I enjoyed the tour, seeing the Chapel and museums, but as toon as our guide left us so we could have free time, we constantly had people coming up to us, trying to get us to go with them, i did not feel very safe with this although we were told crime rates are extremely low. We went to the market and did not really get to look around, as people would not let us move to the next stall. I understand that people are poor and need tourists to buy but it was too much for us.

The trip was great. Really gave you some insight into Sal Rei and the history of Cape Verde. It was really insightful to visit the chapel and museums. Sal Rei is simplistic compared to other capitals. The locals did pester a little for you to visit their shops, restaurants and stalls but that is understandable as they rely so heavily on tourists to make a living. A great trip and the tour guide was fantastic.

Guide Stefan, was lovely and very knowledgeable. Visit to a small chapel with great views. Onto a museum which told the history of Boa Vista from the Portuguese through slavery etc. A small sea museum mostly shells followed. A stop at a bar to try local food and drink including grogue before having some free time to walk around explore the markets or sit in a bar and take it easy. Even though visited Sal Rei on another trip it was different this time

Die Tour war schön, Preis Leistung war in Ordnung. Was ich persönlich sehr schlecht fande war der Markt am Schluss der Tour. Hier wurde man Regelrecht von den einheimischen überfallen die unbedingt was verkaufen wollten, und ließen einem auch nicht mehr gehen bis man was gekauft hat. Ich finde es einfach nur Panne die leute ist so eine Touristenfalle zu bringen.

Great guide - Stefan - and driver Peter Crouch. Stefan had a lovely manner and was great source of information. The shipwreck museum was a highlight and the female guide there was awesome. We didn’t feel that we needed 45 mins at the small market at the end of the tour but overall a really interesting trip to learn a little about Cape Verde.

Het kerkje en het museum waren een leerrijke ervaring. Het marktje was te overweldigend voor mij. Door vele aangeklamt worden en geen geld teruggeven. Ik ben ook meegegaan met iemand van daar naar een bankautomaat, zodat ik zeker dingen kon kopen. De foto's van die excursie heb ik nog steeds niet en vrees dat ik ze niet meer zal krijgen. 25euro voor foto's via e-mail weggegooit.

The guide was very knowledgeable with the history, entertaining, warm and friendly. The driver made us feel very safe. The local food tasting was very nice. The museums were interesting with all the history. The little church we visited was mesmerising, it had an air of serenity about it. It was nice overall to see how the islanders live.

Wir hatten einen halbtages-Ausflug gebucht. Nur hatten wir nicht beachtet, dass das Schifffahrtsmuseum mit dabei war. In diesem Museum wurde alles nur in englisch erklärt und da ich kein perfektes englisch kann, war es sehr schade, da die Reiseleitung auch kein perfektes deutsch sprach. Also sind wir vor die Tür gegangen. Schade um den Eintrittspreis.

A very enjoyable experience with excellent guides who explained everything. They was very attentive and made sure everyone was happy. The museums and church etc where very informative and gave an everyone information about the country and areas history. It was well worth the money and we finished it off with some food and drinks tasting and finishing off shopping in a local market. An excellent day not to be missed.

The short tour began very low key, but progressed with very interesting visits to two museums, followed by a very pleasant tasting and drink sampling in a local bar. My hearing is not the sharpest and found the information provided by the guides not always clear. But overall we enjoyed the excursion and would recommend it to others.

We hebben deze tour twee jaar geleden ook gedaan. Prachtig om te zien dat de sloppenwijk plaats heeft gemaakt voor sociale huurwoningen. Luk ook dat de gids ons nog herkende. Om iets van het eiland en ontwikkeling te zien is deze trip echt een aanrader.

Na een korte rit een kerkje bezocht en daarna twee leuke musea. Een museum bij een man die duiker was geweest en zijn vondsten op zijn begane grond ten toon stelde, het tweede museum liet de historie van Kaapverdië zien en werd ook nog uitgelegd door iemand van het museum. Daarna een lekkere proeverij en een uurtje vrij zelf op pad. Prima begeleiding door de Tui-reisleiding. Een aanrader dus.

From the start our guides and coach driver were happy, pleasant. Our guides were very informative, concieous of our safety. The spots we were taken to were a true representative of the island and its culture and history. The external guide( alex) was knowledgeable and seam to enjoy teaching us about the local history. Der Ausflug gab uns einen kleinen Einblick über das Leben dort. Allerdings wurden wir 1 Tag vorher informiert das kein deutsprachiger Guide zur Verfügung steht sondern die Führung in Englisch ist. Dieses Problem tritt wo häufiger auf,wie wir aus Gesprächen mit anderen Gästen erfahren hatten. Dennoch konnten wir zu 80% verstehen was gesagt wurde. Sal Rei ist keine Stadt wie wir Europäer es uns vorstellen, es wird überall gebaut und der Tourismus steckt noch in den Kinderschuhen.

Sehr kleine Reisegruppe (insgesamt 6 Erwachsene) kein Massentourismus. Das Schiffswrackmuseum ist sehr Sehenswert, so toll und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Hier hätte man länger Verweilen können. Auch interessant war die kleine, privatgeführte Meeresaustellung. Hier hätte man gern etwas mehr über die Fundstücke aus dem Meer erfahren. Einen lokalen Markt, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, haben wir leider nicht gesehen. Aber das Lokal Sodade ist absolut einen Besuch Wert, einfach wunderbar!

Proeverij lokale producten en bezoek kapel was prima. Verder is er niet echt veel te zien in de hoofdstad. Zeker geen volledige dag naar toe gaan.

The guides were very good, and really kind and helpful for one of our party who struggles to walk. There isn't a great deal to see in Sal Rei but the trip made the most of what was available and it was enjoyable to learn about some history and culture of Cape Verde

Gefallen hat uns das Musou dos Naufragos. Die Führerin dort hat vie erklärt - wenn auch in Englisch. Aber es war gut verständlich. Auch unsere Führerin von Tui war nett, hat vieles, in sehr gutem Deutsch erklärt! Die Verkostung war auch ok - allerdings war kaum Zeit für eigene Einkäufe, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weter weg waren. Das Ganze wirkte ein bißchen wie eine Verkaufsveranstaltung des Museus und der Verkostungsstätte.

Het was een Duitse excursie, maar het was voor 90% Engels. Het meisje dat moest vertalen naar het Duits werd zelden ingeschakeld. Geen probleem voor ons maar wel voor enkele Duitsers. De gids was uitstekend

Very interesting and the guide was informative. Especially enjoyed the museums. Not keen on the market as we felt quite overwhelmed with the local stall holders. If they left tourists alone they would have more chance of selling their produce.

Was sad to see the poor conditions people live in and the actual condition of a capital city. The ' museum' experiences were good and the beach and clear calm water was beautful. Shame we didnt have our bathers with us... I did ask rep about if we needed swimwear and she said no. Because we could not swim in the sea at our hotel; I would of loved to of swim there.

Die Märkte, die in der Tourbeschreibung erwähnt wurden, haben wir leider nicht zu sehen bekommen. Dafür hatten wir im Schiffswrackmuseum eine Führung von ca. 20 Minuten und ca.10 Min. Kaffeepause und sind im Anschluss zur Verkostung. Zeit zur freien Verfügung hatten wir nur 20 Minuten. Statt dem Markt wurde uns der Weg zu Souveniershops gezeigt.

Circuit peu commenté, un détour par un autre hôtel pour récupérer de la clientèle et surtout ces photographes de Kriolclick qui ont parasité la sortie et nous arnaquent de 25 euros pour ne jamais transmettre aucune photo (malgré des relances). Le tour opérateur que vous êtes ne devrait pas accepter d'exposer sa clientèle à cette escrocquerie. D'autant plus qu'il s'agit d'une prestattion sous couvert de la compagnie TUI. Navrant...

The museo de Naufragol was lovely, interesting with a very knowledgeable guide. Nice to see the capital despite the contrast with our 5 star hotel. Went into a market during our free time & the sellers were very pushy & annoying. I left one stall having spent 3 euros on a fridge magnet & as we walked away he was muttering- presumably cursing us for not buying more. His wife & baby were there to try & guilt trip us.

.La chapelle était fermée et le guide ne savait pas pourquoi. Anormal. Les deux musées étaient sympathiques, celui du Naufrage très bien aménagé. La dégustation de produits ********** un succès.

Leuk tour om even weg te zijn van het resort. Zoals in meerdere recensies vermeld spreekt de gids geen Nederlands zoals beloofd . Jammer. Voor de rest prima uitje!

Die besuchten Orte waren gut ausgewählt. Der Besuch des Cafés war gemütlich, aber die angepriesenen heimischen Spezialitäten etwas dürftig! Man hätte noch die Markthalle gemeinsam besuchen können. Für einen alleine war es mühsam sich der Verkäufer zu erwehren.
