Par contre j'avais choisi votre enseigne car sur le billet il y avait la possibilité de monter sur le piédestal. Il s'avère que sur place le guide nous a informé que cette formule n'existait plus depuis plus d'un an.
Je trouve cela pas normal de laisser sur votre site cette formule.

Die Tour startete pünktlich und reibungslos. Wir wurden gleich einem Guide zugeteilt, der in einem sehr deutlichen Englisch sprach, sodass wir die meisten Wörter gut verstehen konnten. Er war gut gelaunt und hatte sichtlich Spaß mit unserer kleinen Gruppe. Die Zeit auf Liberty Island war recht knapp

We were scheduled for an 830 tour but we’re unable to make it so we contacted musement and they were able to switch us to the 930 no problem. Our tour guide John was amazing, so informative and very nice. Would definitely recommend!
