When we booked we thought it was for a whole day we paid a huge amount with Tui, really we should have been told it was only a half day trip. Our guide was very good our Rep is not, we will not use Tui again for any trips. The Lindos pathway is not suitable for anyone scared of heights there is a very slippery steep narrow path to the top, then two staircases going up to the temple. It was a rush to get back to the coach leaving little time to explore Lindos village.

Hallo erstmal, alles in allem war es super. allerdings bei so vielen Touristen wäre ich beinahe den Abhang runtergefallen da dort kein Platz war zum runtergehen nachdem man die Akropolis bewundert hat bisschen mehr Plannung zb. Wenn die Tour 1/2 beendet ist und die Erste bis 11:25 Uhr Zeit hat das sich die zweite Tour zb erst um 11 oben am Bus Bahnhof trifft das würde die Überschneidung minimieren. Zudem halbtags also von 7-12 Uhr Finde ich persönlich den Preis etwas zu hoch angesetzt.

Our Guide,Nina,explained on the coach about our excursion for the half day.Armed with hearing equipment she constantly kept in contact giving explanations for the history of the island and an in depth knowledge to how the spoken language evolved. Some of the stairs to the Acropolis was a bit hazardous as only 1 handrail was fixed to the rt hand wall going up.2 queues constantly going up & down,made for awkward passing.Its very steep in places,so a good pair of lungs is needed.The views were stu

Driver and guide were excellent. Ear pieces were a little temperamental though! We had a very early start and the hotel supplied us with an amazing packed breakfast which we unfortunately were not allowed to eat on the bus! Obviously we could not climb with the boxes, so had to wait until we had returned to the hotel mid afternoon to eat our breakfast !!!! I really think this issue needs to be addressed it’s quiet a climb to do on an stomach!

Heel goede uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden onderweg, zowel op de heen- als terugreis door onze gids Korina. Ook in Lindos zelf en bij de Akropolis heeft zij veel verteld. Het was een hele klim naar boven met steile afgronden van het pad. Voor mensen met een slecht uithoudingsvermogen, hoogtevrees of slecht ter been raden wij deze excursie echt af. Verder genoten van alles, ondanks de drukte.

The tour was enjoyable, however we were told there would be a couple of hours free time but this was not the case. Picked up at 7am but didn’t arrive until 9am due to hotel pick ups. We had a quick walk and talk through Lindos and then straight to the Acropolis. The guide was very informative but we did stop for a while where the guide talked about history. We decided to walk on and look ourselves, glad we did as this gave us more free time in Lindos.

We didn’t listen to the guide, ear pieces were awkward, especially for our two teens so we split off from the group and walked around by ourselves. Guide turned up late; seemed quite disinterested, flustered and repetitive. Coach journey was fine but we think it would have been cheaper for us to just get a taxi ourselves so value for money was poor. Liked the free drink from the shop and the acropolis is beautiful.

Der Ausflug war von Anfang bis Ende vollkommen gelungen. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt, freundlich begrüßt und von Beginn an mit Infos über Land, Leute und den geplanten Ausflug ausführlich informiert. Unser Reiseleiter Steffen ist auf jeden eingegangen, nahm Rücksicht auf ältere Mitreisende , wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Da wir sehr früh am Ziel waren, nahm er sich die Zeit für einen zusätzlichen Fotostop. Beim Auf und Abstieg zur Akropolis war er sehr umsichtig.

Der Preis ist relativ hoch, da der Eintritt von 20 € extra bezahlt werden muss. Unser Guide Stefano war sehr kompetent. Wir waren sechs Stunden unterwegs. Zeit mäßig hat es sehr gut gepasst.

Der Preis von 71 Euro p.P. ist nicht angemessen. Der Guide (Maria) hatte zwar viele Informationen, allerdings war sie auch mit dem „Audioguide“ kaum zu verstehen v.a. beim Spaziergang durch die engen Gassen von Lindos. Aufgrund der Gruppengröße und der vielen Menschen in Lindos war die Entfernung zum Mikrofon/Guide zu groß, weshalb man häufig nur Rauschen im Ohr hatte.

Ich finde es einfach nur eine Abzocke wenn man sagt das man schlecht zu fuss ist und der Guide dann sagt es ist ein ganz einfacher Weg. Dafür haben wir auch noch 71€bezahlt. Also mit TUI werden wir keinen Ausflug mehr buchen. Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen. Und evtl über eine Entschädigung ds wir die 300 Stufen nicht hoch konnten. LG Manuela Brecht

We had the transfer only with the guide which was €102 for 2 persons, it did not include admission to the acropolis. It was a 10 minute coach ride, we walked with the guide to the entry to Lindos & followed her for 10 minutes to the entry to the acropolis. That was what we paid €102 for. This is an absolute rip off. When we questioned this we were told it was because of the guided tour!!! We have also done a transfer only to Rhodes at night for €46 for 2 persons which was good value.

Lindos en acropolus was heel mooi om te bezoeken. Daarnaast was de gids uit Rhodos zelf afkomstig en had zij Nederlands geleerd om te gidsen, zij deed dit heel goed.

Der Ausflug war sehr schön. Leider zu wenig Freizeit, um sich Lindos in Ruhe anzuschauen. Eins hatte mich irritiert, dass keine Geländer oä. vorhanden waren bei dem Aufstieg zur Akropolis. Halte ich persönlich für gefährlich. Daher mein Tipp, feste Schuhe anziehen. Da es sehr steil, teilweise glatt und uneben ist Allerdings wurden wir darauf hingewiesen . Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, wer sich für die Geschichte Rhodos interessiert

Jammer dat er niet meegedeeld werd dat je ook naar Lindos mee kan zonder het extra ticket om tot boven te gaan, want voor mij, Jules was dit om gezondheidsredenen niet haalbaar. Voor mijn vrouw was het wel een unieke ervaring.

Die Tour ist schön früh gestartet, sodass es beim Aufstieg noch nicht so heiß war und noch nicht Massen durch Lindos gestiefelt sind. Die Akropolis war die Reise allein schon wert. Die Wege der Akropolis sind teilweise schlecht gesichert. Bei dem großen Menschenandrang, könnten die Wege mit Steilhang eine Sicherung vertragen. Der Guide Steffen sollte ein paar weniger Witze darüber machen, dass die Frauen ja später noch ausführlich shoppen können. Es ist 2025.

The tour was interesting; the guide explained everything professionally and engagingly. Walking around Lindos itself was fascinating, as was the acropolis. After the guide's detailed explanation, there was still plenty of time to take photos, stroll around the acropolis, and Lindos itself.

The headset wasn’t clear or frequent enough, kept on cutting on and off. So we missed sentences, or certain information. Loved the tour guide (aka) Tina, and service by the coach driver (aka) Chris. For the time allocated, the time spent in the acropolis and village was okay. You’d need a whole day though, to make the most of Lindos.. enjoyed our time out!

Tout c est bien passé, l hôtel était bien, le personnel très bien et les animations au top. Par contre je n ai pas aimé les horaires de départ et de retour quand vous décollé à 16h vous arrivez trop tard pour profitez de la journée et quand vous repartez de l hôtel à 11h30 pour décoller à 13h20 c'est encore une journée gâchée.

Tour en boottochtje was ok maar het eten was geen diner waardig. Het is eerder een snackservice en dan is deze prijs veel te hoog voor deze uitstap. Heel spijtig ,zoeen mooie plaats om iets te nuttigen en dan valt het tegen ,het personeel was ook echt niet vriendelijk,heel jammer.

Visite de Lindos et de son acropole très complète avec notre guide Dimitri qui nous a donné plein d'informations aussi bien historiques que sur la vie quotidienne à Rhodes, avec beaucoup d'humour. Il nous a fait monter les 300 marches de l'acropole tout en douceur.

The historic element, educational aspect, the guide and the driver were flawless and deserve great credit for making the trip memorable and engaging. We got very lost in Lindos during the free time after the monument visit and were just in time for the bus, it was 38 degrees when we were nearly jogging up and down the Lindos hills looking for the main square and bus stop. It would have been reassuring to know in advance that the guide had our mobile contact numbers in the event we needed help.

der Eintritt für die Akropolis ist viel zu teuer, gemessen an dem, was man dort zu sehen bekommt. Dafür kann die TUI sicherlich nichts, aber vielleicht kann TUI aufgrund der Vielzahl an Touristen, die sie dort hochführt, einen Rabatt bekommen. Die Reiseleiterin "Maria" war einfach perfekt!

Buß und Abholung waren OK. Bei einer so großen Gruppe wäre es gut wenn 2 oder sogar 3 Guide dabei wären, da wir in den engen verwinkelten Gassen zum Teil keine Funkverbindung mehr zum Guide hatten. (Kleiner Gruppen) (Man fährt ja mit um auch etwas zu erfahren, sonst kann man da auch selber hinfahren.)

Zeer goede enthousiaste Nederlandstalige gids, de Akropolis was heel leuk om te bezoeken en ook mooi uitzicht van daar, naderhand wel niet zoveel tijd meer over om Lindos zelf eens te bezoeken maar daarvoor raad ik dan als extra op een andere dag de boottocht naar Lindos met de zwemstops aan, dan kan je Lindos nog eens op het gemakske ontdekken en je kan nog eens zwemmen in een paar heel mooie baaien.

Trajet pas trop long, guide impeccable et très agréable et ouvert à toutes questions, visite assez physique ( heureusement que cette excursion s'est déroulée début de matinée) temps libre suffisant pour effectuer ses petits achats et visiter le village ! Top pour nous !
