I was so excited to be ticking off a thing to do on my bucket list and I must say I wasn’t disappointed.Had to do it on my own as my husband hates heights. Loved the show before the Experience. Thank you.

The view at the top is great, getting there, not so, standing waiting while money making photos are being taken, then up more steps to the obligatory 3d thingy goes on then up more steps to the lifts, no great if you are an 80 year old man reliant on walking aids, supply chairs for goodness sake.

1.There was a strange, not nice smell around bar area. Very strong. CouId be the cleaning products, if any are used? Had to move on round corner where smell disappeared.
2.procedure at entrance was very slow. Not clear no need to queue if you had tickets
3.Plastic flowers a nice-improve them

Never got to visit Blackpool tower regarding weather - no correspondence regarding this and then told tickets were non - refundable. Staff did allow out family to visit Blackpool dungeon’s instead, which we did enjoy

I felt there were to many people crammed into the lift, on the way to the glass floor landing. Also the higher landing the mesh around the railings spoiled the view, guessing it was to stop people throwing things through it.
Enjoyed the 4d cinema, and overall it was different and fabulous views.

We enjoyed the Blackpool Tower (Eye) experience very much, even though my wife and I are not great with heights! Everything was very well organised and efficient, with friendly staff. The views from the gallery were stunning, and we could see for miles. We really enjoyed our visit and will return.

Too many people in lift and at top. Lift only goes down to gift shop so you have to then find another lift. The photos we bought had our granddaughters legs missing. check whilst still there! I was told pic booth should have told us colour wouldn't show, I complained, "nothing we can do"!

We loved it especially the transparent floor, we lived looking down and viewing the sea and cars below, amazing, we took dome nice photos. The 4 D show at the start was great.

You need faster lifts! Wait time (in the heat) was ridiculous! As your 'wall facts' indicated, they used to be faster nearly a century ago!

Don’t arrive before your time slot as they probably won’t let you in and be prepared to stand and wait a lot
However on getting up the tower to the glass floor the wait is worth it. You can travel up further too.

For a start the disabled entry was stated as opposite primary, so my taxi dropped me almost outside the entraxt to d2ind they was all locked so I had to struggle to walk round to the front, and as someone who is disabled it's wasnt the best, so standing for 4d was difficult, otherwise wa ok

Initially I thought it was in a lift and straight to the tower. Lovely surprise with the 4D film which we thought was fantastic. The views and the glass floor make this attraction a must do while in Blackpool. It was a great way to spend our wedding anniversary. Staff very polite and helpful.
