I booked a transfer from bus stop 9. Was collected from bus stop 9 but told on the way back I had to walk from bus stop 12. Not 100% what I paid for or expected.

- the info provided from trip company for where to be picked up was different from the one Tui provided this caused confusion. - we could have got the shuttle bus ourself for cheaper if we’d have known that’s what it was we thought it would be a direct bus to sky lagoon. - no guide was there - we also didn’t realise the timing 2:30hours would include travel there so actually we only had around 1.5 hours in the lagoon the rest was travel

we had to transfer to another bus making us Kaie going in and we were the last slot of the day and didn't get the full 2 hours by the time we arrived and got through the queue and reception it was a lot of money I didn't have the time to do the 7 step ritual that I paid for too

Sky Lagoon was great! All staff were helpful, lovely vibe, security guards. It’s not too far out of town so journey was good - via bus station was late. don’t be worried that you drive through an industrial estate to get there. Once I’d booked trip, via TUI I was contacted by the actual company running the tour to change the dates. TUI’s system was not updated and I messaged them to get correct tickets but had no help from TUI. I had to send emails to get it sorted- was not what I expected!

Package comprenant le transfert A&R depuis notre hôtel, l'accès au site et l'accès à la partie pour faire le rituel en 7 étapes (on a eu un doute jusqu'à l'entrée car ce n'était écrit que dans un mail et pas sur les vouchers). Ne pas oublier de prendre un bonnet car l'air extérieur peut être très froid ;-) Le rituel en 7 étapes commence dès l'accès à la piscine, se renseigner avant sur le temps à allouer à chaque étape (rien n'est indiqué sur place)

The excursion was an experience not to miss whilst in Iceland. However, the Sky Lagoon was very busy with large numbers of people drinking, making it very difficult to relax in the moment. The Lagoon was nestled in what felt like the middle of an industrial estate and the view of the ocean was misleading in the advert. We would not visit again if we were to return to Iceland.

Easy booking process, I did have a small issue when booking but I contacted customer service who solved my issue straight away, The transfers from hotel was super easy, staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at the sky lagoon

The sky lagoon was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend it. Overall it went smoothly, the only minor issue is the transfer is a little messy as its not direct to the sky lagoon

The most amazing experience - the 7 step ritual was fantastic. You aren’t told that if you go with ‘Reykjavik excursions’ you have to get off at the BSI bus station and get a different shuttle to the lagoon. The lagoon itself is beautiful, and you can buy stuff at the shop - the scrubs at about 6000ISK. You won’t regret going

Sky lagoon with 7 step ritual was fantastic. We went in the evening and it didn’t feel overcrowded at all. So relaxing. The transport worked fine, having read previous reviews I had assumed we would probably get picked up from our hotel and then change bus at the station but this could be made clearer on the instructions of the voucher because the pick up times are a bit confusing.

Transfer vom gewünschten Abholort hat alles prima geklappt.
Die Sky Lagoon ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert!
Einziger negativ Punkt ist die kurze Aufenthaltsdauer, da die Transferbusse nur alle zwei Stunden fahren.
Sonst rundum ein fantastisches Erlebnis!

The experience at sky lagoon was amazing. The transfers were on time and prompt. I just would have liked a heads up that on the way there we would have to swap buses as when he pulled up and was told to exit we were a bit confused but it was easily explained.

The airport experience on both sides ran smoothly and cabin crew staff were all friendly. The guides on excursions were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. A downside was the chaos at the bus stops for transfer pick ups/drop offs. The staff weren’t clear in communicating which buses were for which hotel which resulted in people not knowing which bus they were meant to get on. Better signage or the staff shouting the hotels/tours etc would be better

I thought there was a time limit as when we booked it was a 2hr slot. It was only when we received a mail that day to say that we could get on any bus up until 21:30. It would be good to know this upfront to make the most of the experience. Also the bus driver who picked us was unbelievably rude to me and other passengers, his attitude was a disgrace! Other than that absolutely amazing place and would highly recommend

The Sky Lagoon was an amazing experience with breathtaking views across the capital city. The 7 step ritual is well worth doing including the plunge pool and the salt scrub left my skin super soft. It is one of the most instagramable places that I've been too - my advice is to take a waterproof phone pouch to capture the best snaps! The transport only takes you to the bus station, so you'll need to make your own way there. It would be better if this was a hotel collection instead.

The spa experience was fabulous. We went on the late evening session and it was magical. What wasn’t clear was that we would be collected on a bus, dropped at a bus station to wait for a transfer bus and then on return, have to catch the transfer bus and be dropped as close to hotel as possible. Anyone with walking issues, elderly or unsteady in snow/ice would struggle. Also walking alone with no clear idea of direction to find hotel in dark!

Easy transfers and the choice of 3 return times enabled us to stay as long as we wanted. Very clean, well organised, friendly helpful staff. Stunning location. One tip, take a waterproof camera or phone case.
