Wir hatten das VIP Paket. Der Sitzplatz war ganz oben am Rand. Eine Tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist super und reichlich. Die Kellner sind sehr zuvorkommend. Leider gingen die Shows etwas unter, da im Mittelgang zu viel zu Trubel war.

We upgraded ourselves, was told 150 aed each then got charged 250 aed each. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening from the bottle of champagne to the entertainment. The views were magnificent. Plenty of food brought to us. All in all a great evening..

The Lotus Yacht Dinner was outstanding. The food was delicious, exceptional services from the dining staff.
The entertainment was sensational. The Dubai skyline view was breath-taking.
Complaint- children touching cutlery and food. Parents need to control them or have staff monitor serving line.

Yacht Dinner absolut der falsche Name man sollte es eher Party Boot nennen. Das Essen war auch einfach nur einfache Küche. Die Getränke die inklusive sind sind sehr klein. Man bekommt jeweils nur ein 0,2 Glas, welche immer schwer zu bekommen waren. Die Bedienung hatte kein Interesse zu bedienen und auch direkt an der Bar wurde man meistens ignoriert. Viel zu wenig Personal für so ein großes Boot aber die Route war schön die Aussicht war traumhaft, aber der Service leider nicht preiswert.

The Museum was excellent with lots of things to see and do. We were very impressed by the robot, which was very lifelike. The DNA project was enthralling and the guides were very informative. We spent 2 hours there.
On the downside there were only 5 toilets for the ladies and a large queue formed.

Nette Begrüßung. Danach ein unwürdiger Run auf das Buffet. Qualität der Speisen war unterstes indisches Kantinenniveau. 90 Prozent indische Gäste ohne Manieren am Tisch und am Buffet. Katastrophales Ambiente. Kellnerin stellt ungefragt Platten mit Essensbergen auf den Tisch. Sind noch vor dem Abfahrt von Bord gegangen. Sehr ärgerlich und rausgeschmissenes Geld. Kann nur jedem abraten!

Die Fahrt war super der Service auch. Das Essen war lecker, leider war die Hauptspeise vom Buffet nicht mehr warm da die Chafing Dish die ganze Zeit offen waren und bis man dann wieder an seinem Platz ist.. naja. Sonst hat es uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Dubai bei Nacht ist immer ein Erlebnis. Das Essen war reichlich und auch eine vielfältige Auswahl. Es schmeckte gut, war aber Massenproduktion. Der Service aufmerksam und versuchte einen Verwöhncharakter reinzubekommen. War wirklich nett! Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Personeel erg vriendelijk. Leuk om de omgeving vanaf het water te zien. De boot is erg groot. Veel gasten aan boord voor ons te masaal. Hoeveel eten was prima maar al het warme eten was niet warm. Lauw en koud kwam eerder in de buurt. Dat was een enorm afknapper.

Not what we expected. Views amazing and this was the only positive. This was more party fun boat, VIP on top deck (extremely hot weather) food was kids party food. Drinks included. Trip was from Marina to the Atlantis hotel and back. Not worth the money. Not the luxury we thought.

Aber bedienung, service, sauberkeit freundlichkeit und den ablauf weiter zu geben ist..da muss man echt noch dran arbeiten..ich hatte Premier gebucht aber habe mich wie das letzte gefuhlt weder kellner weder bedienung weder die allfemeine atmosphäre war mein VIP auftritt viel zu hoch..auch die leute waren nicht fur die Jacht geeignet finde ich..flipp flop usw gehört da net hin..ich bin sehr oft auf Jacht mit Abendtouren da geh ich nicht mehr hin.sorry

Das Essen war ok .... aber auch nicht mehr ... Der Essensablauf etwas hektisch.... das stand bei diesem Ausflug allerdings auch nicht im Vordergrund. Die Tour bei Nacht, die Shows, Musik /DJ, Tanz und Stimmung wirklich klasse!!! Organisation perfekt und der Service sehr aufmerksam!

Die Tour ist ein absolutes MUSS in Dubai Es ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis, wenn man an den imposant beleuchteten Wolkenkratzern bei Nacht vorbeifährt. Der Höhepunkt ist dann das Feuerwerk beim Hotel Atlantis. Allerdings würde ich unbedingt das VIP Ticket buchen. Da hat man einen reservierten Platz am Heck der Jacht, einen Kellner und alle Alkoholischen Getränke inkludiert. Kein Fusel nur Sekt, Wodka. Whisky von bekannten Marken. Beim normalen Ticket sitzt man unter Deck bei einer Reisegruppe.

Super avond, VIP pakket echt aan te raden, meer dan genoeg te eten en drank "onbeperkt". Ober's zijn zeer attent, nooit een leeg glas of niets te eten. Lekkere muziek en entertainment, een top avond! Denk aan warme kleding, het is fris op het water.

The cruise itself is very good and food excellent. But the Tui description of the trip is misleading. States it’s food and drink, there is no drink included. When I queried after they said it’s soft drinks. The email states Drinks not soft.

Geniale Schiffstour und als VIP genießt man einen besonderen Service und Aufmerksamkeit. Es wartet in einem reservierten Bereich eine Tisch mit entsprechender Anzahl Stühlen auf einen. Eine gekühlte Flasche Prosecco steht im Kühler bereit. Die Kellner kommen alle 20 Minuten mit kleinen Häppchen, man kann in Ruhe die Aussicht genießen und hat einen der besten Aussichtsplätze auf dem Schiff. Absolut empfehlenswert und ein MUSS ! Die Skyline bei Nacht und die ganze Tour sind einfach beeindruckend.

A fantastic trip on a fantastic yacht! We did the VIP experience and I would highly recommend it, all drinks and food included and the staff were highly attentive and couldn't do enough for you. The views and entertainment are great, definitely a must do for am evening out in Dubai.

Echt een aanrader, prachtig jacht, heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Je krijgt van Dubai by night een heel prachtig uitzicht. Wij hadden VIP tickets : volledig genoten; onze ober heeft echt voor alles gezorgd. Vanaf de verwelkoming tot de uitzwaai. Voor TUI zelf: zie dat de informatie correct is; wij stonden op de kaai bij het verkeerde jacht, er zijn meerdere boten van deze firma. Door de alerte lieve dame aan de verkeerde boot zijn wij op door een klein bootje op onze bestemming geraakt

Was a lovely cruise food and beverages lovely. Cruise round marina was very good. On entering yacht was bit disorganised and hectic but after that really good night

Er staat op de voucher 19:30 uur, in de mail staat 19:00-19:30 uur aanwezig zijn. We waren iets voor 19:30 uur bij het punt van vertrek van de boot en de boot was al vertrokken. Vervolgens wel met 2 andere boten naar de grote boot gebracht. Er waren meer mensen met ons die nog op de grote boot moesten stappen. Het is dus handig om echt op de voucher ook te vermelden dat je om 19 uur wel aanwezig moet zijn. Het personeel op de boot was niet al te vriendelijk en het eten was lauw tot koud. De kinderen vonden de boottocht wel een leuke ervaring.
