-accès non identifié et non préférentiel pour titulaires de billets
- cheminement de salles en salles complexe,audio-guide sans corrélation avec le cheminement ,erreurs de localisation

A la reine Sofia il n'est pas facile de trouver le commentaire et le recherche par numéro ne fonctionne pas. Au musée Thyssen même souci avec un audiophone qui s'arrête deux ou trois foisdans un même comment

Des fois, c'est un peu compliqué d'aller chercher un ticket gratuit pour les mineurs, mais sinon, c'était très pratique d'avoir les 3 entrées pour les 3 musées à l'avance. Il n'y a pas eu de problème quand le personnel voyait le document.

La necessità del cambio voucher-ticket in biglietteria, potrebbe vanificare il "salta la fila" per l'ingresso al muso e la impossibilità di includere i tkt per i minori, implicando anche per questo il passaggio dalla biglietteria, rende il servizio secondo noi accettabile ma non eccezionale.

Malheureusement le pass n' est pas proposé avec le tarif senior ((+ de 65ans) qui existe en Espagne, soit 7,5€ par musée. De plus chaque billet proposé subit un surplus de 5€ pour les frais j'imagine, de 32€ affiché il coûte 37€ en passant par le site.
En définitive pas intéressant pour ces raisons

Je ne parviens pas à comprendre comment réserver des créneaux horaires, notamment pour le Musée du Prado, avec mes billets coupe-file alors que cela semble obligatoire. Le seul moyen qui apparait nécessite de repayer un billet.

Worked very well.
Virtually no wait to enter the Thyssen and Reina Sofia.
Initially discouraged by a long queue at the Prado but it moved pretty quickly considering how busy it was.

Wir hatten ein Ticket für die drei Museen "Ohne Anstehen" gebucht. Funktionierte auch für Thyssen-Bornemisza. Am Prado Museum wurden wir zum Ticketschalter geschickt. Hier wurde uns ein separates Ticket für das Prado Museum ausgedruckt. Ebenso beim Reina Sofia. Nur gut, dass der Andrang gering war.

Great for fast entry to two of the museums. However, at Reina, we still had to queue to get a paper ticket.
I would still highly recommend getting this pass.
