Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable with very good English. The experience in the spice/medicinal oils factory (?) was also interesting. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many other shopping opportunities as we were only taken to 2 cooperative shops where we were encouraged to do all our shopping. The group we were with took a long time while we were left standing waiting. When we were meant to be picked up a taxi for 6 was sent to pick up 8 people. We were then waiting for45 minutes!!

Our driver dropped us off opposite the mosque and we were met by Mustapher who was a really good guide. He gave us such clear information and gave us some free time. Mustapher also helped us get our change back from one of the stalls who said they didn’t’t have, find a loo and kept usSafeTourVintere

Tour was great, travelling to Marrakech was very timely BUT journey back to hotel was an experience !! We were last to get off the bus & our driver took us to the wrong hotel & was adamant hotel was where were were staying(we were staying at Tikida Gardens & he took us to Tikida Palmerie hotel) we had to direct him to our hotel !!!

Unfortunately a half-day (4 hours) experience became 6 hours, with 2h:45mins of that time spent on the bus. Issues it seems picking up other passengers from multiple hotels delayed the start of the actual tour experience significantly.
