Very disappointing ! Not up to tui usual standard Unclear instructions for bus pick up and hotel staff unhelpful. The guide did not explain we should have met another guide at the drop off location after boat ride. Communication very poor and we ended up missing guided tour. Worse thing of all we booked the trip solely to visit the market only to arrive to be told there wasn’t one due to bank holiday ! Can’t believe we wasted our money , I feel we should be given a full refund or credit.

PUERTO DE MOGAN was wonderful, colourful and pretty. Good range of shops and restaurants. Tui coach picked us up and the boat took us to the port, tour guide gave us info. That was ok.

Overall it was a great experience however it was a bit annoying having to choose a pick up point further away from the port (not our hotel) as we were staying in puerto rico and had to get a taxi to balito in order to get to the pick up point. Then the coach took us back to the port in puerto rico. So it would've been much easier for us to meet the group there instead of wasting money on the taxi to take us out of the resort to only come back again on the coach.

Mogan was lovely but trip vastly overpriced, it cost £42 per person but could of done exactly same trip by getting bus to Puerto Rico and then getting on the very same public ferry which the TUI trip uses. Bus would of cost €5 each way and return ferry ticket is €13, so that's €23 instead of £42 (€49), that's a massive mark up.

What a disappointing excursion! The coach was old, no aircon and unbearably hot - not what I would expect from a company as big as TUI. The boat ride was dull with nobody English speaking pointing out anything along the way! As for “Little Venice” totally underwhelming. A couple of canals and white washed buildings and that’s where any resemblance ends! The shops were all tourist tat! After 3 hours we were more than ready to leave. Summary, uncomfortable, I informative and a waste of a day!

I feel that the experience would have been much better with more historical information,even more general information and more interaction,the trips used to be a lot better with a tui rep being more friendly and approachable The boat trip was nice and mogan itself but we feeel we could have just done it without a guide.

Our tour guide Miguel was very good and brought lots of humour and positivity to the trip. Mogan was amazing. It would has been nice to have an extra hour or 2 on the island as I felt we did have to rush lunch in order to get back to the boat on time.

Really enjoyed the trip, boat ride to Peurto De Mogan was lovely and dropped off on the harbour. We were there on market day, so it was very busy and very hot, not many shady spots to have a sit down. Plenty of options for food. Ferry was busier on the return journey but we managed to find seats. Air conditioning on the bus wasn't work for our return to the hotel, so bus was extremely uncomfortable.

The Guide, Glenn was very good, friendly and informative. The only issue was the queue to get back on the boat for the return journey. It was clear from the amount of people queuing that not everyone was going to get on the boat. A second boat did arrive but we were worried we were not going to get on the first boat as we were at the back of the queue even though we got there 10 mins before the stated time. The guides should explain this more clearly so customers understand the procedure.

The whole point of us going was to see the market as advertised. Unfortunately it wasn't stated that the market is open on Fridays only. We booked to go on Monday & found out when on the coach this was closed on this day. I went & saw the Tui reps at the hotel to complain but was told there was nothing they could do. I wasn't offered a refund or discount of any sort & when I asked for this to be passed onto head office to change the description so future day trippers can have an informed choice

We were booked for Friday 18.04.25 however, the coach came and didn't take us. The TUI reps at the hotel were very helpful and supported us to rebook for Monday 21.04.25, however, the experience was not the same as the market is only on on Fridays.

Enjoyable trip. The guide on the coach was very knowledgeable about the area. Boat trip was very good but was also very busy, you needed to be near the front of the queue to get a seat outside on the top of the boat. The pick up point for San Agustin could be better, we stood on the side of the road in the direction of Peurto Rico but the bus arrives in the opposite direction.

The bus guide was lovely, informative & chatty. Old part of Puerto Mogan was charming. Unfortunately the boat was overcrowded, no safety procedures explained - lifejackets etc. Engines were v smelly & noxious fumes inhaled from our seats. Puerto Mogan would be alot nicer if there weren't thousands of tourists & cafes struggling to cope with demand. Won't be going back.

Really enjoyed visiting Mogan it's a beautiful port wish I had bought my swimming cossie for the small beach as the water was so calm I could have gone for a swim. So many restaurants you are spoilt for choice. Was so pleased that the port staff stopped the Germans from pushing onto the boat trip back and making them join the queue, that was the perfect end to the day.

Trip was fine until the German and Scandinavian passengers decided they wanted to get to the front of the queue for loading the return trip, while everybody else queued orderly for 30mins + They behaved like Animals Needs better organisation to stop this behaviour This could have turned into a Nasty Situation

From booking to arriving all went well. This is the best RUI hotel I’ve stayed in on the island. The food in Dunas dining is just right for me. I have a small appetite so did not try the other diners. This is only my second holiday alone, quite daunting at 90, but your staff at all levels are extremely considerate. The cleaners for my room are friendly.

Guide was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Pick up on time. Great value for money only issue was would have liked more time Puerto de Mogan. The ferry runs every half hour so extending the time would not have been an issue, nevertheless a great experience.

The announcements by both the guide and captain on the ferry were inaudible for the majority of our time on board. Boarding on the ferry at Puerto Mogan was chaotic and no-one kept us informed. The guide seemed doubtful that we would not be able to board.

Wonderful day trip to Pueto de Mogan with Tui. Thank you for a lovely experience we enjoyed the whole day. Especially the lady informing us about the day and where to get the catamaran and then the coach back to our hotel. Pueto de Mogan was on my list of things to do it's amazing. The tour guide Vera, was very friendly and professional. Though out the journey, she informed us of facts and landmarks that we thoroughly enjoyed, in all the languages required to meet all the passengers needs. Morgan is stunning! A beautiful port with friendly cafes, restaurants and shops etc. We will definitely visit Morgan again in the near future.

The day was excellent. Coach picked us up on time. Good driver and the guide did an excellent job of telling us about the area we travelled. The boat and crew were brilliant. Mogán is a beautiful place and I would recommend the trip to anyone. Great day overall.

The coach to pick us up was prompt and instructions were clear on what we needed to do to get on the boat and return details . The guide gave us some essential information on what was in Mogan . My favourite part of the trip was the boat trip and learning a little about the area from the guide.

Really poor excursion. Delivered in German which seemed to go on for ever then very brief English. Why are the English speakers penalised by not having the same amount of information the Germans get. If I had know it would be a mixed party o would not have gone. We were meant to arrive in Mogán for a market but it was not on due to bank holiday. Sole under false pretences. Disgusting behaviour from TUI!!

Nice trip, we went on market day, didn’t find anything we needed to purchase, nice little town, we didn’t realise the Yellow Submarine trip is from them same place, so ended up there two days is a row, we found we would not have been able to combine both trips as time would not allow.

although the guide was very knowledgeable she left everyone and got on board the boat before everyone else. I would have expected that she waited and made sure everyone got on board first. Apart from that the trip was very good.

Lovely town to look around. Bit disappointed with the reality regarding the canals and not as imagined from being nicknamed Little Venice. Unfortunately some of the harbour front restaurants were being worked on and spruced up so wasn’t quite the relaxing place to be.

Michael was brilliant,funny. For us the boat trip was amazing lucky with the calm sea. The crew was understanding with my wife. It was lovely to see the town in all its beauty. The market was small but inviting, plenty of space between each holder. The cafes and restaurants were a good value.

Efficiently run trip, Michail was an excellent guide, very informative, friendly and a great linguist. Mogán market was VERY busy but interesting. Trip timing was good, about the right amount. Price was cheaper to book on the App (as we did) but the rep was a bit embarrassed she had to charge more and couldn’t meet the price we paid.

I had no understanding of where the bus stop pick up point was. The evening before I was due to go fortunately 2 TUI reps turned up late for their meeting at my hotel. They explained I had to walk to another “Princess” hotel but it was a struggle for me to walk that far. The coach was greatly delayed due to 1st coach having an issue It was a really lovely outing but I would prefer an option to go on a quieter day without the masses going for the market.

Great guide called Michael who was informative and had a good sense of humour. We met the coach at the Riu rounderabout . We had one stop for photos at Porto Rico then we transferred to a boat trip across to Morgan. Lovely pretty place and yes it's like a mini Venice. Lots of market stalls and plenty of restaurants and bars . We arrived about 10.00 and caught the bought back at 1.00pm. The option to stay and catch a later boat was offered. Back at our hotel approx 2.15pm. Enjoyable time .

Good trip. Very informative and humorous guide (Miguel). Pretty little town. Enjoyable ferry ride along the coast Only negative was 20 minute walk to bus pickup point from our hotel. This would have impacted less able travellers. This was only indicated after we had purchased the experience. On return journey, we drove past our hotel without being offered a drop off there.
