Es war eine absolute Katastrophe da uns leider keiner am ausgemachten Treffpunkt (Hilton Hotel) abholte und das obwohl wir überpünktlich dort waren. Bei der Hotline hat sich leider auch kein Mensch gemeldet, um 20.02 Uhr habe ich 27 Minuten in der Warteschleife vom Anbieter gehangen und keiner meldete sich. Am Hilton Hotel sind um uns im 15 Minuten Takt Taxis gereist... Am Ende waren wir gezwungen ein Taxi zu nehmen und mussten zusätzlich zu der nicht erbrachten Leistung 160€ zahlen.. Masche??

I highly recommend this tour. We were picked up in front of our hotel, no meeting points or central stations, which was very convenient. The only thing is that it was 3.30 in the morning and the drivers were talking and laughing loudly, but I talked to them about it. What I really recommend about this tour, is to keep in mind that the transfer will arrive half an hour earlier than requested. Nobody said this before.
