Zeilen in de Caraïbische zon is altijd leuk - maar als er ook gesnorkeld wordt in een marinepark in Montego Bay en je bezoekt Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, dan is het helemaal af. Vanmiddag maak je een cruise met een catamaran zoals een boottocht op vakantie moet zijn: puur relaxen en opkikkeren.Je stapt aan boord van de catamaran en zet koers richting volle zee. Het anker gaat uit op de ideale plek om te snorkelen bij het rif. En aan boord haal je nog eens een drankje van het huis.De tocht voert je naar het beroemde Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, waar spetterend wild plezier op je wacht. Je frist op met een duik vanaf de opblaasbare waterplatforms of pakt de snelle glijbaan waarmee je rechtstreeks in zee stort. En als je liever rustig achteroverleunt, nip je van een (of twee) ijskoude cocktails. En de sfeer blijft erin als je op de terugweg de nieuwste danspassen leert van de bemanning op de klanken van levendige Jamaicaanse Soca en Reggae.

It was great, everything was perfect for us but I am a very confident swimmer and snorkeller and it kills the whole experience when you make us wear lifevests. Otherwise, perfect.

We had fun however the trip wasn’t as advertised. We booked a relaxing catamaran cruise and what we got was a straight up party boat with loud music and people getting very drunk. Totally fine if that’s what you’re wanting however we weren’t planning on the sort of experience.

Enjoyed the snorkelling but it could have been longer and it was advertised as a party boat! Margarita Ville was extremely expensive and a pretty pointless stop for something I believed to be a snorkelling tour.

Snacks supposed to be included only had packet of Banana crisps as not enough for everyone. Snorkeling dissapointing saw more on hotel beach went to a cafe bar on way back very expensive on top of what trip cost.

The staff on board the boat were very friendly and helped with any questions we had. They made you feel very safe and kept you entertained even if you didn’t want to get off the boat and snorkel, they fed the fish so you could still see them. The stop at Margaritaville was very good, We felt safe going as part of a group and could see how it could be daunting if you was to go solo. The route allowed us to see a lot of Jamaica rather than following the same route out and back. Very good :)

We had a fantastic trip, the guides were excellent giving confidence to those less confident swimmers by sticking with them. They showed us star fish and an urchin up close… amazing! Also visited the Hip Strip which was awesome! Great atmosphere on the boat too. Highly recommended

This whole trip was amazing, from the bus driver to the stop off at Margaritaville, everything was just a vibe. Definitely recommend doing it. We were able to snorkle, swim, dance, drink and watch the sunset on board.

Really nice snorkelling location, lots of colourful fish and reef. Snorkelling equipment provided. Our issue was that it was cancelled on the day we booked, which we didn’t find out until waiting half an hour for the bus. Managed to book for the next day, waited half an hour, no one arrived, finally after 50 minutes waiting the bus arrived. The boat is about an hours drive from the hotel. Boat was nice and clean and all drinks and snacks included. Watching the sunset on the way home was lovely and romantic. Margaritaville was nice but we didn’t have much time there. Make sure you pack sun cream and a towel to dry off.

We had a really fun time but the snorkeling was a let down. There really was nothing to see where we stopped - it seemed to be chosen to cater for the predominantly US customers who couldn't swim and were given life jackets to stay afloat. Weren't allowed to stray very far from the boat - felt like a kids paddle than serious snorkeling. Thankfully the trip to Margaritaville and the music/dancing on the way back more than made up for it.

It is difficult to know about the trips without a rep here. We really missed their presence. Finding our way around the resort instead of a tour meant we missed out on some opportunities

The trip was okay the snorkeling is was the best moment was amazing assistant from the staff... The worst thing we have got option buy the photos from the trip but i didnt take to much money with me, they said to me send an email and i can pay by paypal.... the mail never arrived but the prize was so expensive i can not understand why...

The overall experience was good. The staff was great. Not a massive fan of get hassled for photos when trying to relax on a paid break. Would of loved to had more time being able to snorkel. Potentially in more places. Got taken to a bar called margaritaville that was expensive and you wasn’t left alone to enjoy the sunset. I’d do the trip again next time if there was more chance of snorkelling and less chances of getting hassled

Really good trip fantastic staff. The snorkeling is not the same as if you have been to the red sea but still very enjoyable. Would have liked more time at margaritavile. Definitely recommend the trip would book again
