Op deze dagtocht staat Phang Nga Bay in de schijnwerpers. Je bekijkt de omgeving per longtailboot, over land en per kano. Alle toppers komen voorbij, waaronder James Bond Island, Hong Island, Monkey Cave, uitzichtpunten en watervallen.‘s Ochtends trek je erop uit voor een tocht met een lokale longtailboot vanaf Ban Hinrom Pier om de baai vanaf zee te verkennen. Je wordt al snel omringd door de beroemde smaragdgroene karsten van Phang Bga Bay. Eerst verken je de grotten van Hong Island per kano. En daarna ga je naar James Bond Island waar je voor de kust vaart en aan land gaat.Na een duik in het water is het tijd voor de lunch op een van de beste uitzichtpunten in Phang Nga Bay, Samet Nangshe, waar je luncht met uitzicht vanaf het terras. De volgende stop is 'Monkey Cave', of Wat Suwan Khuha, de thuisbasis van de liggende Boeddha - en heel veel apen. Tot slot chill en zwem je bij de Raman Forest waterval in de jungle.

We were not able to do the swimming in the waterfall pool due to the time of year. We checked with the guide who said it was normal at this time of year for there to be no water at the waterfall. I don’t think you should be advertising this if it is usually not available - we were so disappointed as we have never swim in a waterfall pool before! You should only advertise this in the rainy season not in the dry. I felt let down by this on an otherwise excellent trip.

Fantastic morning and lunch was amazing. My only slight moan is that we didn't go to the waterfall as there had been no rain (no-ones faul) maybe something else should be added to the excursion

Collection 45 mins late. Only English couple on trip when booking English tour. Day too long in heat and didn’t visit waterfall. Very good lunch Good boat trip round islands and canoe ride a bonus Perhaps consider shortening day to after lunch as no one was interested in the temple tour

The guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative overall and the structure to the day was seamless. The scenery was spectacular and the lunch amazing! The only thing that could be improved upon maybe is some information about the importance of marine conservation. There were a number of boats on the tour which must impact marine life. There was also some rubbish on the small beach we stopped at. Please kp this beautiful place, beautiful.

It was an excellent experience. The views were breathtaking from the boat and the roof top restaurant. The guide and driver couldn’t do enough for you. Every experience during the tour were very good and the guide was full of information. The only part that was a little bit of a let down was the waterfall. Not enough water at this time of the year. Overall though a thoroughly enjoyable well organised experience.

Highly recommend this day exploring the beauty of Phang Nga Bay. Our guide Boo was cheerful and helpful throughout the day. The longboat and kayak were perfectly managed with guides pointing out things of interest and wildlife along the way. Delicious lunch in beautiful setting looking put over the Bay. The temple was stunning and monkeys outside provided lots of fun.

The wholeday was brilliant. The long-tailed boat ride and the canoe was special. Not too impressed with the Temple (they all do look very similar ) visit and disappointed not to see the waterfall as there was no water ! Thoroughly enjoyed our day .Thanks

The itinerary is good with a variety of experiences. However, in the lower season, there is no need to leave so early. We got very little information from the guide and her English was very poor. Did not learn anything about the country and culture, which was very disappointing.

The Leader Queen was BRILLIANT! I would have posted on Trip Advisor to say as much but it was a company that Tui used so wasn't sure where to post. The highlight of our 10 day trip. Thank you Queen. Her English was perfect. We learnt lots.

The long-tail boat ride was so enjoyable but the highlight for me was the kayaking around the caves which was amazing. We had a very experienced chap doing the paddling and pointing out different things of interest. The lunch provided was delicious and plentiful, served up with an outstanding view. The waterfall was very underwhelming as due to the lack of rain it was more like a trickle ... this could've been left off the itinerary. Seeing the monkeys at the temple cave was fun!

I enjoyed most of the day apart from the temple part, felt a bit patronising having to pray 3 times and with dodgy knees,, the lunch was very tasty also the waters fall that was under whelming, but the rest of the trip was good.

Everything went like clockwork Chelsea the guide very knowledgeable and had everything organised. Pickup on time toilet breaks very helpful with making sure we had the best photos of James Bond Island nothing was too much trouble.

Yet again I booked through TUI app and key information was missing. This time it was the temple visit that was not mentioned on the app so we didn’t wear temple clothes. The morning was really good and the canoeing was amazing. Lunch at the view point restaurant was excellent. After that it went down hill. The be monkey temple is just a dirty cave with a Buddha statue shoe horned in. Waterfall was a muddy puddle. The day could have ended after lunch and it would have been amazing.

James Bond island great with early start meant it was not crowded. Canoe's were fine but area very busy and noisy. The cave was very nice could have been improved by more exploration of other caves. Beach was ok. Lunch and views was lovely. Temple was ok . The waterfall a waste of time.

Our guide Chelsea was very informative and friendly. The long boat trip to Bond Island was incredible and because we got the very early trip, we were always ahead of the crowds. Other highlights were the canoeing around the caves with a guide who did all the hard work! This was absolutely jaw dropping as was the beautiful restaurant on the hillside which looked across the sea and the islands. This was unlike anything I have ever experienced! An amazing trip but go early to avoid the crowds!

Great day , we seemed ahead of the crowds all day and had more time at J.Bond island , great experience canoeing through the caves seeing places you will never forget, lovely lunch , temple was good, and our guide Sunny was fantastic and energetic all day , never seen so many monkeys at the temple they the took the food from your hand it was brilliant, waterfall on the way back to hotel was ok , we seemed to get a better experience then others had spoken to who had booked locally not through tui

Loved Kayaking and James Bond island! Absolutely stunning views and going into some of the caves was awesome. Going early meant that we also beat the crowds at James Bond Island. The guide and driver were very friendly and great! Feeding the monkeys at the temple was so cute also.

Really enjoyed the tour around Phanga Nga bay and visiting James Bond Island. The lunch overlooking the bay was fantastic. I thought the waterfall at the end was a bit underwhelming, but it was on route back to our hotel so didn't have to go out of our way to see it.

I would have liked more information when booking about bringing clothes to cover up for the restaurant and cave. Our guide on the day was fantastic about all the info but I only had something on me as I had read other reviews Sami our guide was out of this world she made the day with her knowledge and love of her country.

The longboat journey was fun and interesting, our first boat broke down but our guide was funny, reassuring and we were quickly transferred to another! The kayaking was incredible and our lunch was tasty and in an idyllic setting. Our guide was kind, helpful and friendly, he was knowledgeable. The journey there and back was long but we were made comfortable and had stops for WC/refreshments when needed.

Our tour guide, Sunny, was absolutely amazing. She took us to places we weren't expecting to see and made the whole day very enjoyable. She even bought the ladies a bracelet gift from one of the stalls on James Bond island. We certainly had a very educational day.

Tour guide spoke poor English so was difficult to get any information. Waterfall visit was pointless, mostly bare rock as water flow so little. Boat was authentic… but in poor state of repair. Lunch was excellent. Loved James Bond Island and the swimming trip.

You cannot describe the sights of these amazing islands. Taking a traditional boat made everything so much more real and the kayak experience leaves you speechless due to the peace, beauty and chance to get close to these amazing sights.

Early pick up from Khao Lak but well worth the trip you will not be disappointed! we beat the crowds and almost had the island to ourselves. Lunch was great! maybe should have ordered breakfast from the hotel before we left.

So much packed into a day made it an awesome experience. Neung our local guide was so happy and willing to help with anything and anytime! Took loads of photo for the group. The views and food are spectacular. Best trip we did.
